This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It is run by a family that has lovingly created, restored and imagined a space of comfort and wellness. The restaurant in the hotel is a true delight. This is truly a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Annamaes Hotels was excellent, great customer service, Jannick attention to details was over the top! five star restaurante! All the meals were delicious. The room was spotless, and we got the best view of the river. I highly recommend!

The staff were courteous and professional and very helpful. The hotel was just renovated so everything is new and clean and fresh. The only complaint is that it's an old building and the wall on the upper floor slants in a bit to follow the contour of the roof. I bumped my head a couple of times until I adjusted to it. Def recommend this hotel

We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. The owner was onsite both he and his team were professional, accomodating and friendly. We felt as if we were the only guests. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise was the restaurant "Flow". Best meal we had, the lobster bisque was fantastic. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of the river. We've traveled extensively and this boutique hotel is 10/10 in every aspect. The facilities are beyond expectations, the staff were amazing, if you are visiting Maastricht this is the place to stay, it’s a family affair, from the owner to his brothers, his mum, his dad and other family members, they could not be more accommodating.

We absolutely loved this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! Nestled right where the Netherlands meets Belgium, it’s truly special. What made our stay wonderful was the staff – everyone, from the hotel team to the restaurant crew, was so warm and kind. They made us feel right at home! On our very first day, we were treated to a magical double rainbow over the riverbank across from the hotel. It felt like such a lucky, happy moment! And our room had this lovely telescope – at night, we even spotted a shooting star glide past the Big Dipper. Just beautiful! The room itself was super cozy, and the restaurant? Oh, their sauces were incredible! We still can’t stop thinking about them – so tasty and expertly made. If you’re looking for a place that feels welcoming and full of lovely surprises, this is it. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Schitterend hotel op prachtige locatie! Absoluut aan te raden. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren die dit ook op het personeel over hebben gebracht. Zelden me zo welkom gevoeld. Naast uitstekende kamers ook nog een een goed restaurant.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers, als auch mit dem super netten Personal. Lobend muss man auch die Küche des dazu gehörenden Lokal-Flow- erwähnen. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Alles was uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer hygienisch hotel. Ontbijt was ook uitstekend. Minpuntje is het vele verkeer aan de voorkant van het hotel.

Rummet vi fick var det sista tillgängliga, det gränsar mot gatan och lufkonditioneringen vägrade att vara på mer än 15 minuter åt gången. Ett öppet fönster mot trädgården räddade natten även om trafiken hördes en hel del. Rummet i övrigt superfint och personalen i receptionen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Tyvärr var personalen i restaurang/bardel väldigt otränad och virrig, båda två var mer intresserade av sina telefoner än gästerna. Parkering under hotellet, ganska trångt men inga problem. Kort biltur in till Maastricht.
