The property was excellent and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. A Latino man made sure our room was clean and directed to a clean room. The African American woman who was doing breakfast, made sure got me and my family whatever we needed. Thank you to the staff for making our stay wonderful.

Parking was safe and convenient. Near restaurants and popular venues. Room was clean and had everything needed for our overnight stay. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the spacious lobby with games. I was impressed with the spacious areas to sit and relax. I’m a coffee lover, so I enjoyed a cup while the kids played. They loved the hot chocolate! The breakfast was fresh and the staff members were friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. The only concern was the traffic noise on the main highway during the night. I would probably turn up the air conditioner to block the noise. We look forward to booking again!! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!

Overall, I had a great stay and was very happy with the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything else met my expectations. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the thermostat in the room. It appeared to be functioning, but the display wasn’t visible, so I couldn’t tell what temperature it was set to. I tried adjusting the buttons, but the room remained cold and I wasn’t able to control it properly. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean as well. The amenities were so nice, the gym is 24 hours which is great, along w breakfast being included w your booking. Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.
