It can accomodate up to 9 guests. There is Fiber 1000 WiFi for smart workers, air-con and hydrotherapy bath. A large terrace, where you can enjoy your meals and evening drinks, surrounds the apartment .
A garage can be offered on demand, if available, but there are however free parking places in the 3000 square metre common area with flowerbeds and a fountain.
There are no architectural barriers because there is a lift both from the garage and from the ground floor to the apartment.
All shops are only a few minutes walk and at a walking distance is also the historic centre of Lanciano, ancient town of art, music, traditions and fairs.

The Via Verde, a 42 km long cycle and pedestrian path on the Costa dei Trabocchi, runs along one of the most evocative stretches of the Adriatic a few meters from the sea immersed in the nature of the Costa dei Trabocchi.
Ski resorts & the mountains (Majella National Park) are 30 min drive.

As the owner is a qualified teacher of Italian and English as foreign Languages(L2) and her husband is an architect and an excellent cook, Italian and English lessons, art lessons and cookery lessons can be arranged in the period October-May.
