Ardetxal is a 16th-century former Arab mill transformed into a cozy country home, preserving its original charm with thick stone walls and a truly special natural setting. The estate features large private grounds surrounded by vineyards and forest, with a small stream running through. It’s a peaceful and unique place, perfect for disconnecting, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.



The house offers 3 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include TV, washing machine, and a crib available for little ones.



Outside, you’ll find a large private garden exclusively for guests, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture—ideal for dining outdoors, relaxing, and taking in the views.



The property offers a great sense of space and privacy. Both the house and garden are for your exclusive use. Our independent home is located at the top of the estate; we may be there occasionally but always respect your peace and privacy.



Private parking is available on the property, and there is also free street parking. Up to 2 pets are welcome.
