Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay , friendly staff who spoke good English and really wanted you to enjoy staying at there hotel . They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. The Spa was amazing and the hotel is situated in a wonderful beautiful valley The food was excellent as well and reasonably priced

Very good

Very good hotel with excellent facilities, good food, very friendly staff, secure parking, pool and saunas all excellent, large en-suite room with separate toilet and bathroom, big shower, good internet, things I would change, keep the bar open a little later, upgrade the pillows and room decor getting a little tired but that's being picky

sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen

Kurztrip mit der Familie. Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen. Sehr sauber, äusserst freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen. Rollstuhlgängig. Hundefreundlich. Gratis PP und Wlan. Mit Sauna und kleinem Bad. Kaffee/Kuchen am Nachmittag.

Excellent mini break

lovely hotel with great service and excellent food. Wellness was also very nice. When we stayed it was clearly a bikers hotel with a car park full of harleys and duccatis etc. What spoilt it a bit for us was the lack of control by a couple of families of their kids in the wellness - made it not so relaxing. Honestly three kids made more noise than 60 Hells Angels! Wouldnt stop me from coming back as it is a lovely place for a few nights.

Zauberhaftes Familienhotel

Es ist ein sehr schönes, familiäres, barierefreies Hotel. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äusserst freundlich auch zu Kindern und Hunden. Das Essen ist sensationell! Sehr grosser Saunabereich, nur der Pool ist leider sehr, sehr klein. Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr Ländlich (Ruhig, schöne Beraussichten, abgelegen) man muss den Bus oder das Auto für einen Einkauf etc. nehmen. Ich war alleine mit meinen zwei Kindern da, und alle drei werden wir wieder gehen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Io la mia ragazza e la nostra cagnolina ci siamo trovati benissimo! Stanza spaziosa e pulittissima, ottimi colazione e cena.personale gentilissimo. Perfetto per sciare sul ghiacciaio di Kaunertal. Internet wireless lento ma gratuito.

In serious need of an update. Shower was broken. The room lighting extremely dull / dark. Restaurant was horribly warm and despite statements to the contrary did not offer any A La Carte options for evening dinner. Parking spaces were also very limited. Breakfast was aweful. The yogurt at the buffet had a long black hair in it and the hot chocolate I ordered never arrived..... with less than 8 people there to serve at the time we had breakfast !!
