Staff were very nice and helpful! However, hotel gave us a broken room. Shower head holder was broken so we needed to hold the head while showering. One of the toilet flush buttons was also broken.

Our AC was broken, which we didn’t figure out until too late in the night to ask for a room change. Windows do open but the floodlights attracted a lot of flying insects.
