"Charming and comfortable apartment located in a cottage in the exclusive grounds of a breath-takingly beautiful old country house just a few minutes by car from Newlyn/Mousehole/Penzance. The kitchenette offered everything we needed for a two-night stay (although we were out all day and chose to eat out in Penzance in the evening) and we appreciated the separate children’s bedroom and two bathrooms. "Good hotel. Great views of sea from room and restaurant. Comfortable bed. Food In restaurant was excellent. Convenient for beaches, harbour and other restaurants (but quite steep climb if not of average fitness) Room gets hot overnight (? Because of the fridge in the room) and there is no air conditioning. Nonetheless, I would go again."

"Lovely welcome, fantastic view from room 7 and the bird book and binoculars definitely came in handy. Disappointed that the excellent food at dinner could not be tried at breakfast - arrangements were offered to eat next door but we were so full from the night before we didn’t bother. "Our 1st stay here. Nice room with sea view all nicely clean. The largest towel was not very large and that really is the only complaint. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the service from them was great. A pleasure to have stayed and hopefully we will visit again sometime. Some of the breakfast tables need to be available in the shade as even in February it was too hot sat there."
