Incredible accommodation, service and hospitality. Perfect place for my family and I to stay. Quiet and secluded but easy to get a Grab taxi anywhere on the island. Food and drink good and we would definitely return. Good value for money compared to other resorts on Langkawi.

Most enjoyable stay. Beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff. Would like to return again.
Only issue was that we were woken up by yelling children and slamming doors every morning - until we moved to a different room. Overall the resort and staff were quite lovely.

Despite an initial hiccup at check-in, the Duty Manager, Tenkgu Imran did a great service to rectify the situation and was much appreciated.
The overall service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff everywhere which made the experience more enjoyable throughout the stay of 6 nights. We ate at the hotel at the three F&B outlets and it was also a great experience with the sea view. See separate reviews for these for Beach Grill, Horizon and Hai Yan restaurants.
