It's A Hotel That Share Facilities With Yacht Club

The room was fine but lack of amenities. The view was amazing. In terms of security, I feel that they could be improved. It's a club hotel where I felt almost anyone can access your room's area because the hotel shares facilities with Langkawi Yacht Club (restaurants, swimming pool, spa, etc). My room was very warm. The air conditioning did not do its justice until I had to switch on the fan. I hate sleeping with a fan.

Rubbish hotel. It’s basically a multiple rooms converted to a hotel. Ramada has just put their brand on it. Not secure, anyone can access the room without even passing the lobby. Public restaurants at the ground floor which is noisy with lots of tourists from tour buses coming for meals. Lots of lizards in the room

Vi fick två rum som låg mot innergården och det trodde vi skulle vara ok, men det visade sig att två fönster var trasiga och hade en glipa högst upp och allt ljud kom in i rummet. Och det ljudet var en mix av restaurangbesökare (en del gladare än andra) och musik från restaurangerna, men också alla ljud med metall jalusierna etc. Det är ok på nyårsafton, men inte alla kvällar. Under andra kvällen sa jag till, vid 23:45, då stängde de musiken, men det var ju inte det som är det eg. problemet. Det är att fönsterna var trasiga. De sa att service managern skulle komma, men ingen kom under de kommande tre dagarna. Ingen förståelse. Ingen action. Alls. Tjejen i receptionen sa dag 3 att "min manager ber dig köpa öronproppar i byn". Really? Riktigt dåligt hanterat. Rummet var 2 - stjärnigt. Inte wow, men ok rent och det vi behövde fanns. Enda bra med hotellet är poolen och utsikten från densamma. Samt trevlig personal i restaurangerna och SPA:t inom Yacht Club:en. Vi lämnade hotellet en natt tidigare - men fick inget tillbaka av dem. Ändå värt att lämna och åka någonannanstans.

Clean, kind and friendly staff, amazing view. If I ever go back to Langkawi(I surely will!) I’ll definitely choose this place again. Restaurants downstairs are also rlly good, walking distance to Jetty Point, ferry port, perfect location for island tours!

泳池里面的餐厅不错，而且有时搞活动，例如38RM自助餐2小时。 离地标也近，走路过去不到10分钟。 但不足是离机场较远，附近没有沙滩。
