"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "

I also attempted to resolve this through the chat, but unfortunately I was not able to get any results. I would like to know if it is possible to change the reservation date instead.
