Wonderful spaces!

Clean, roomy, comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor spaces. Convienent location to MSU and downtown Lansing. Perfect for a larger group!

Easter visit

This house was everything I could have asked for. Lots of little extras I don’t sometimes find at other VRBOs. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Lansing. Also, David was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out how the coffee machine worked. 5 stars!

We loved the spacious areas and accommodations. Everyone had their own space and when we wanted to be together, which was often, there was plenty of seating in the living room.

A good stay

House was clean and well stocked with pans and dishes. David was great with communication and getting us checked in and out. We will be staying there again in the future when we visit our son if it's available.

Very nice stay!

David is awesome. The house was so nice and had a cabin feel to it. Quiet area! Checking in was the smooth i’ve ever seen and David was a great host. Very friendly and responsive!!

Great house

The house is exactly as pictured. Cleanliness was top notch. Appliances and cabinets in the kitchen were updated and modern. Both bathrooms were exceptional. Only thing I was a tad skeptical about was parking and the neighborhood.

Wonderful visit!

David was a terrific host! He had provided more than we had expected. The home was lovely, updated and had everything we needed. We felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We discussed renting again when we return to visit our family. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

A nice stay away!

Property was well taken care of and clean inside. Master bedroom was seperate from other rooms which was nice because we gave the room to the newly parents of a 3 wk old. Each room had a fan to turn on to sleep, that was a nice touch because who doesnt sleep with a fan on these days. Lol

MSU graduation stay

This property was a great set up for extended family. We were in town for MSU graduation and needed space for multi-generational family. This was a great space with room for all. It is a cute house, nicely decorated and felt like an “up north” house with the wood and high ceilings. David was easy to communicate with and everything went as expected. The backyard was huge and I wish we had more time to relax out there. I wish we had found this property earlier in our Spartan’s time at MSU, we would have stayed here for football weekends!

The Lodge

This was our 2nd stay at the lodge for a short adult family weekend. We love this house, it’s cozy, but with plenty of room for 6 adults, and there could even be 8 adults, as the host added an extra bed in an alcove area. David, the host is super responsive. I originally booked the wrong date (we were attending a concert in Lansing), and he very kindly changed the date, as it was available. He also brought us a more ample coffee machine, as there were quite a few of us drinking coffee, and the Keurig one cup would have not been so good for 6 of us. The living room has a lot of comfortable seating for numerous people, which is nice. Perfect place to stay!

Excellent. Perfect for a couple and their kids or multiple couples!

My husband and I were able to use the front bedroom and have our coffee in quite in the am without disturbing the rest of the house. The adult kids had 2 bedrooms w a small sitting room between them. So our daughters each had a room, one w her husband and our granddaughter had her pack and play in sitting room between bedrooms. Our teenage son took the couch. Kitchen very well equipped. David, our host brought over an extra table and chairs as I was cooking for my extended family! The yard is awesome! Thank you, David!

Wonderful break

We love this house! We’ve stayed there three times while visiting our daughter. This time it provided a wonderful break for us as we packed our daughter and son-in-law’s belongings for a cross country move. It’s clean, beautiful, and restful. We love all the backyard games, the grill, and picnic table, too. It’s perfect for family fun! David is an excellent host!

Extremely comfortable house visiting our extended family

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for myself, my brother, niece and and grand nephew. It is located in an older part of Lansing, but only two miles from Potter Park. Easy access to the hwy. Owner was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

Our Favorite

This was our second stay. We love this house! It’s beautiful and has everything we need and more. There is so much space for relaxing inside and out, complete with bocce and basketball and lawn furniture on the patio and games to play in the house. We plan to keep staying there as long as we have family in the area. David is a wonderful host and makes sure you have whatever you need including snacks.😊 In our opinion, it’s perfect!

Beautiful Home!

House worked out perfectly for us! Its an older house that has been remodeled very nicely!! We will stay again as we work in Lansing a couple of times a year! It was great to find a nice house in a safe neighborhood.

Absolutely Perfect

Our experience was absolutely perfect! The house was much larger than we expected and we had everything we needed plus more. The renovations could have been featured on HGTV. In fact, we took some pictures to borrow ideas for our upcoming bathroom remodel. We had so much room and enjoyed a family reunion of sorts by grilling and playing games in the spacious backyard. David, our host, was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond. We’ll be bragging to others about our wonderful find. We’ll be back!
