FairLane #1|That 70's Place

Welcome to Fairlane #1! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! The Fairlane apartment building has been a staple of the Capital Region International Airport for over 40 years. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU. We had a blast setting this one up. We hope you like it :)

Parking is located in the front of the building. Spots are not numbered. You are free to park anywhere you find room :). Apartment #1 is located on the first floor, through the door, and down three stairs just to your left when you come into the building.

The apartment unit is a spacious two bedroom, one bath unit. The building is a quaint, older 12 unit right across from the airport. We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything in Lansing and East Lansing also. There are Uber and Lyft options available pretty much 24/7.

The place needs a deep cleaning. The sheets were clean but the bedspread/blanket was pretty nasty. The door to the apartment doesn’t seem secure. It needs a deadbolt or something. The furnace didn’t work right. The hallway into the room was filthy. Wouldn’t stay there again.
