    But not only that they rent here a beautiful, completely newly renovated home, they will spend their holidays in one of the most beautiful areas of France. The Basin of Arcachon, famous for the largest dune in Europe, the best oysters, the surf of the Atlantic, the proximity to the Médoc, Bordeaux and the best wine growing areas in the world.

    Water sports, whether sailing, surfing, surfing or fishing, even cycling is a priority here. There are bike lanes around the basin built on the old track of the railway that had been transporting people around the basin for decades. A bicycle route for everyone - almost without any gradients.

    But not only for the adults there are goals for the rest of the holidays, no, even for the little ones is taken care of.

Wir haben drei Wochen in diese Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es mehrere Punkte, die enttäuschend waren. Die Anzeige vermittelt den Eindruck eine freistehende Villa, tatsächlich handelt es sich jedoch um eine Doppelhaushälfte. Die Trennwände sind recht dünn, so dass Geräusche aus dem Nachbarhaus deutlich zu hören sind. Die Nachbarn begangen ihre tägliche Aktivitäten oft bereits ab 6:00 Uhr morgens, sieben Tage der Woche. Das Haus speichert zudem sehr viele Wärme. Die großen Boden tiefen Fenster, sowie die mit Steinen und Kies gestaltete Außenanlage führen dazu, dass sich das Haus stark aufheizt. Wären unsere Aufenthalts mit bis zu 40 C war das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer im Obergeschoss tagsüber kaum nutzbar. Es gibt weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilatoren. Positiv ist, dass der Eigentümer, die von uns gehäuft gekauften Ventilatoren erstattet hat. Der Verwalter bot jedoch keine Lösung an und versuchte auch nicht, vor Ort Ventilatoren zu organisieren. Enttäuschend war außerdem die Abreise. Obwohl wir dem Verwalter zweimal eine gemeinsame Endabnahme angeboten hatten, lehnte er diese ab. Erst mehrere Stunden nach unserer Abreise wurden uns an angeblich Schäden und zusätzliche Reinigungskosten vorgeworfen. Eine gemeinsame Endabnahme hätte diese Situation für möglich vermieden.Der Außenbereich ist klein und bietet kaum Schatten. Auch die Gartenmöbel waren verschmutzt

Nous avons étés trés bien accueillis par Alain. Il est resté trés disponible.La maison est trés agréable et trés bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Les balades sont à proximité, ainsi que le petit port. Pour les amateurs de marche, tout peut se faire à pieds.Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour

Schönes Ferienhaus an der Bucht

Wir haben zwei schöne Ferienwochen in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz; es liegt ruhig und sehr nah an der Bucht. Leider war der Haus nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten, aber der Vermieter war kulant und bemüht, die Situation zu lösen.

Maison tres bien située dans un environnement calme. L'equipement est parfait et le logement est confortable, avec beaucoup de style. Bonne organisation pour l'accueil et le départ. Attention le linge et les draps ne sont pas inclus dans le prix. 18 par lit. Un sejour au top.

Excellent séjour à Lanton. La villa Les Fontaines a répondu à toutes nos attentes, et est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le gestionnaire du bien sur place est très à l'écoute et attentif à la moindre sollicitation, et nous le remercions tout spécialement pour la qualité de son accueil. A renouveler !

Tout xonfort et très propre

Idéalement situé en bout de bassin à 40 minutes du phare di cap ferret et 40 minutes d’Arcachon fin décembre sans bouchons. Le reste du temps prévoyez les vélos, la piste est à 2 pas.

Au calme

Maison mitoyenne à l'architecture atypique, mais très agréable. Bien équipée et confortable, on a l'impression d'être chez soi. Attention tout de même à l'escalier menant à la chambre du haut qui est assez pentu.

Wie haben es genossen

Wir finden die Unterkunft prima. Toll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen, Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt sowie ein Restaurant fussläufig erreichbar, 25 km Fahrt zum Atlantik. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Excellent Emplacement

La location est de très haut standing. Les propriétaires son très accueillants . on a même eu un cadeau de bienvenue fort apprécié. La situation de cette location est trop géniale . A 10 mns à pied du bassin d'eau et des ostréiculteurs. A 5mns d'une super boulangerie. Nous avons ainsi passé un séjour inoubliable . Merci Julien et Candice Famille GUERRIER
