Great Location
Close to the beach shops and restaurants and all within 5 minutes walk. Getting to the apartment from the airport using the bus was simple and extremely cheap - less than €2 each. The bus stops were again only a short distance from the apartment. The balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view had sun pretty much all day and was very spacious with 2 sun beds provided. The apartment had everything that you would need for a short break plus good wifi and TV with UK channels. The only thing to be aware of, there are steps to access the apartment and also hills to negotiate around the apartment and I would imagine it would be dificult for those with mobility issues.

This apartment was perfectly adequate for our week but is perhaps a little 'tired'. The lounge could benefit from more comfortable furniture, especially if there's more than 2 people staying. 'Cardiac' hill was not as daunting as first anticipated!

When arrived at the property the code to get into the complex was wrong and we had to phone owner who did not know. Luckily someone was coming out and they told us. Fridge was dirty, and I had to clean it before being able to use. The duvets in the bedrooms didn’t have covers and had stains on them. There were not enough towels left for guests and again had to contact owner. In bathroom one sink tap didn’t work and other sink didn’t have a plug. Sink started to leak and waited in for plumber to replace and then we had 2 sinks and neither with a plug. Had to walk 5 mins to next street with rubbish. Don’t understand why we were charged excess for 3 people in a 2 bed property and also service charge when we had to take our rubbish to street bins 5 min walk away

After receiving your Whats App message, I was able to advise where you would find the towels in the apartment to which you confirmed you´d found them. I was grateful for you contacting me to advise the sink was leaking, a plumber went out to resolve the issue quickly. It´s a shame you didn´t mention the other issues during your stay, especially as we were in touch via Whats App, these could have easily been resolved for you.

Fantastic location
Just home from an amazing 10 nights over New Year. Location of apartment is fantastic, right next to all the restaurants and the beach although far enough back that there is no noise. The apartment was spotless and exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Thank you.

Lovely clean apartment with amazing view over the pool to the sea. Just got back from a great week in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is in a great position, just a stones throw from the front and yet surprisingly quiet. There’s two supermarkets a short walk away, one just down the rear street and the other large one on the front main road. Whilst there is no air conditioning we were very grateful for the large fans as it was still very hot for October. Had a great time.

Superb apartment
This apartment is superb and close to all bars and restaurants, but quiet within the complex.The apartment had everything you would need for self catering. Lots of space, plenty of room for clothes ect, great balcony, very clean and we felt very safe there. Quit a lot of steps so I would say it is not for anyone in a wheelchair, or has difficulty in walking. There is a new supermarket near by that only opened around 12 months ago and if you leave via the exit gate that is located on the non prominade side, turn left then, left again until you reach the under cover car park and there is a lift that takes you right to the supermarket that is huge and reasonably priced, it takes less than 5 mins. I would definately stay there again if we return to Puerto del Carmen.

Good location
Great location right on main strip and beach across road, although a lot of steps to get there. Great sea view from good size balcony. Lots of channels on tv, only downfall there was only one fan, should have been one in each bedroom, I’m sure if I asked for extra fan I could have had it. I just bought a fan (seemed quicker and easier) so left it for next guests.

Another fab stay
We have had another fabulous stay at New Year in this apartment which was spotlessly clean and had everything that you need. The location is superb and the sea view from the lounge and balcony is stunning. You are very close to the beach, bars and many restaurants with a new shopping centre nearby with a good mercadona supermarket and not too far away from Lidl. Thank you again Sue and Rick for a great stay, we loved our time at the apartment and will definitely be back, Susan and Colin x

A Special Place good for the soul
Apartment C11 at Carlton Blanco is truly fabulous. From the initial booking Sue was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the gorgeous balcony is good for the soul, being able to sit and enjoy a coffee in a morning watching the sea, what more could you need. Will definitely be back xxx

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean, everything you needed. The only thing is the TV buffering, was annoying, as we did stay in on 3 occasions. Everything else was fantastic. Plenty of towels, lovely balcony, great views, easy check-in, great information from sue to make arrival easy, very clean, plenty of utensils, fans that were very welcomed, plenty of room and hangers for your clothes, great location, easy access to the strip, secure complex, we would highly recommend this apartment for a family or just a short couple's trip, we will definitely return. First time abroad for 21/2 years
Last time we visited Puerto Del Carmen was in Oct '19. Lot's happened since. Lovely apartment, great views and super pool. Nice little market within easy walk. Sue, the contact, was superb and really helpful when needed. Loads of restaurants along the front to suit every taste. There are a lot of steps.

There is nothing to fault about this apartment. Excellent location/ walking distance of everything.. huge private balcony with a view to die for…. Very comfortable bed and a television with every Chanel you can think of. The shower also had a very good water pressure. ….spotlessly clean. There’s a Lidl supermarket just up the road (walk up the steps opposite the gate ) we would definitely recommend this property Bonus for us was sun on the balcony from early morning till late.

Property is better than the pictures suggest. Clean and spacious with a large sea view balcony. Good quality matresses, bed linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Gardens, pool and communal spaces tended daily and immaculate. Security gates and safe in property, feels very safe. 5 mins to small supermarket and the main strip and beaches, but very quiet. Area is hilly with steps but wasn't a problem for us. Perfect location for a relaxing break.

Perfect home from home in the sunshine
A lovely apartment with gorgeous views. This apartment has everything you’ll need for your holiday. There are a few steps to climb to reach the apartment but the pay off from this is the view from the spacious balcony. You are close enough to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to not be disturbed by them at night - perfect! I particularly like the use of the washing machine! There were towels and beach towels provided so that saved luggage space too. Everywhere is spotlessly clean in the apartment and complex, the pool area lovely and only a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a supermarket close by and my daughter can thoroughly recommend the custard donuts! Sue has been the perfect hostess, answering all our queries and being really helpful when we requested a later check out - thank you Sue!

Great Position for an Apartment in Puerto del Carmen
Had a really good fortnight stay in this apartment. All arrangements for arrival worked well and the accommodation was very clean and tidy for us on arrival. There is plenty of crockery and towels available and extra towels if you want to use the pool. We were glad of the use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board too. For some people access to the property would be a problem as there are stairs to negotiate from the road outside, plus there are more stairs or a very steep road to gain access to the promenade. Once on the promenade you can literally walk for miles in either direction, which we did and really enjoyed it. The pool isn't heated so in April the water wasn't particularly warm, although we did give it a go and others spent longer in the pool. The satellite TV gives you a vast array of channels but don't expect any UK terrestrial channels, they aren't available. All in all I can recommend the property for use by anyone who is reasonably fit and able.

Lovely apartment with great views
We stayed in Sue’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of September. It is a lovely apartment with everything you could need including a big balcony with great view of the sea. Everything was supplied including towels for the sunbeds. The complex itself is very nice and well maintained. The only downside is the amount of steps between the apartment and the main beach road. The pool is also unusable if you are a non swimmer as it’s very deep.

Spectacular views from balcony of this apartment!!
Handy location of this well equipped holiday let. Amply spacious 2 bed apartment suited to a couple and children. Home from home with excellent facilities in an ideal location. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and as the apartment was 5 minutes away from the strip ideally located for bars, restaurants, car hire and mini supermarkets. To make other travellers aware you have to negotiate stairs to get to this apartment regardless of your route to it!!!

Großartige Lage
Die Lage, die riesige Südterrasse und das sonnige Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick sind grandios, und es dürfte schwer sein, in Puerto del Carmen etwas Vergleichbares zu finden. Auch das Bad mit Fenster ist klasse. Etwas weniger schön sind die Schlafzimmer, sie liegen nach hinten direkt an der Straße mit entsprechendem Lärm und sind etwas abgewohnt, die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist aber gut. Die Kommunikation mit Sue war super, sie hat sich sehr bemüht und wir konnten vor der Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung und am Abreisetag länger bleiben.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die vorab erhaltene Anfahrts- und Zugangsbeschreibung war sehr detailiert. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und Terasse ist sehr schön über den Garten und den Poolbereich auf das Meer. Der Zugang zur Wohnung und zur Strandpromenade geht über eine ganze Zahl von Treppen in der Anlage. Parkplätze sind nur am Straßenrand zu finden. Es hat uns gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen

Tolle Lage
Das Appartement hatten wir zum dritten Mal gebucht. Es liegt zentral für alle Unternehmungen, wie Strand, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Im Appartement ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Selbstversorgerurlaub braucht. Leider ist das Mobiliar langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Betten, Bad und Küche sind gut, aber im Wohnzimmer könnte die Couch und Sessel mal erneuert werden. Die Auflagen der Liegen sollten mal gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden . Ansonsten war alles wie immer, toll.

Fijn appartement op perfecte locatie
Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het grote balkon. De locatie is perfect. In 5 minuten loopafstand ben je bij de boulevard en het strand. Het appartementencomplex is zeer rustig. We komen beslist terug.

Muy buena estancia. Cama grande muy cómoda. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha que fue resuelto inmediatamente. Agradables vistas desde la terraza con hamacas. Menaje necesario (incluida sombrilla para la playa!) que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es un punto céntrico para explorar el resto de la isla con comodidad.

Auch beim zweiten Mal wieder sehr gut!
Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind wunderbar. Ausstattung ist sehr gut für Selbstversorger. Die Betten sind für uns etwas zu weich. Terrasse mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind super. Wir bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Apartment, mit tollem Meerblick
Das Apartment ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Ausblick ist einfach genial, man schaut über eine Poollandschaft direkt auf das Meer. Das einzige Manko waren die etwas zu weichen Matratzen, man brauchte etwas Eingewöhnungszeit. TV ist vorhanden, für deutsche Gäste allerdings nur ZDF und arte. Wlan - Empfang war sehr gut. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
