A very enjoyable stay in this clean, comfortable villa. We particularly liked the hot tub, pool and pool table. The location is quiet and convenient for the local shops, restaurants and sea side walks.

Holiday of a lifetime
First time ever for 52yr young lady and her support worker what an amazing villa full time wheelchair use and we managed to get everywhere around the villa. Communication with the owners was very easy and fast response no problem when we asked for anything. Lovely outside space, very comfortable inside and super comfortable bed's, thank you so very much for sharing your property with us.

Fantastic Villa

Just the perfect villa for a stay in the Playa Blanca area. But you will need a hire car to make the most of this location. We loved it. The pool and hot tub were excellent, as was the outside seated areas. The kitchen had everything you would need. And satellite tv was a welcome bonus for the long, dark January evenings Local supermarket was a 5 minute walk away, as were a number of restaurants, some with take away options. Communication with the host, Francesca was particularly good and she dealt with the few issues that arose promptly. Overall, a great villa for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great week at this villa. The owners directions were clear and we had no trouble finding the villa - we had a 16hour delay to our journey but this didn't cause any problems with the rental at all. The villa has a lovely outdoor area with a great view of Montana Roja (which is well worth hiking up! - the footpath entrance is a 5 mins drive away from the villa). The pool was a big hit with the kids! Clean villa with plenty room for 4 of us, kitchen had everything we needed and there is plenty storage in the bedrooms for clothing etc. The area is nice and quiet with a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants about a 5 min walk away (a couple of the restaurants do take-away). We took a walk along the sea front from the lighthouse toward the main part of Playa Blanca - it is quite a long walk so you'd probably want to drive it if you were planning on eating out or doing any shopping, but if you just want a walk its a nice path (we did 7 miles there and back and didn't reach the end of the walk way!) - All in all a lovely stay - Thank you :-)

As expected - nice area
Just as expected, clean and as the photos suggest although you do have to pay for air conditioning if you require it, which I didn’t see any mention of. Quiet area but can walk to restaurants in Faro Park (5-10mins) or about an hours walk to Playa Blanca by the sea front. The really amazing thing about this villa is the pool and hot tub and outside area although in August it was extremely windy which I was surprised about which did mean I didn’t use the pool as much as I had expected. Had everything you would expect although missing some basics like bin bags and washing up sponge. I know it shouldn’t be expected but was only left a bottle of water and a pack of biscuits as a welcome gift which seemed a bit mean!

Regarding the welcome pack, the person in charge was new and forgot to put milk, juice and a rosé wine, which we always put. I am extremely sorry. Nice stay in a well located, comfortable villa
Had a lovely time at this villa, making good use of the outdoor area including the pool, hot tub and table tennis. Communication with Francesca was great, any problems we encountered were dealt with quickly by her, and the pool and hot tub were cleaned regularly. The villa is located in a peaceful location, however it is close enough to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. The bikes were great, would have been better if there were 4 so we could have all enjoyed cycling together. The promenade is close by, along which you can safely walk all the way to Playa Blanca in an hour. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and would recommend it and the surrounding area. Thank you x

FLIGHTS GOT CANCELLED OWNERS WOULDN'T ACCOMMODATE. WE BOOKED IN FOR ADDITIONAL WEEK WHEN EVENTUALLY ARRIVED NO KEYS, HAD TO WAIT OVER 2 HRS TO GET IN GOT IN LATE THEN THEY STARTED TO CLEAN THE POOL CLEAN THE HOT TUB. VILLA LOOKED LIKE HAD BEEN USED FOR THE WEEK WHEN WE COULDN'T BE THERE. VILLA WAS DIRTY. DIRTY PLATES IN THE DISHWASHER. ##### BEWARE OF CCTV CAMERA WATCHING YOUR MOVEMENT THEY DONT DISCLOSE THIS IN THEIR LISTING NOR DO THEY TELL YOU YOU NEED TO PAY FOR AIR CONDITIONING ##### WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL STAYED IN MANY VILLAS WHERE OWNERS HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL.

A really great property with everything we needed for a family of 4 including 2 children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Lovely welcome gift and we were grateful to be able to check in early after a very early start in the UK! Property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We made good use of the pool and hot tub. It was a bit windy for table tennis but we tried! We loved the outdoors covered dining space. We have stayed in Playa Blanca before but hired a car to explore a bit more of the island, and also to get in and back from Playa Blanca easily (10 mins drive). There are some good local restaurants, supermarket and bar only 10 mins walk from the property which we made use of - lovely fresh produce in the supermarket and we had a fantastic meal at La Flamenca. Would definitely recommend this property as a good base if staying in Playa Blanca.

The property was fantastic, everything we expected and more. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we had fun with the table tennis and getting in and out of the hammock! The welcome goodies were much appreciated. The only problem with check in was that we were given the wrong code for the lock box to get the key. That was quickly resolved in a phone call. Francesca and Pere were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely book again.

A lovely villa, exactly as advertised
A real home from home. Can’t fault this lovely villa it had everything we needed. Francesca was great with communication and very helpful. The pool was a great size and the hot tub was a great addition. Washing machine, dish washer all available – as I said a real home from home. The location was good, we walked and cycled to the local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, and a 10 min drive to a bigger supermarket and Playa Blanca itself. Would definitely book this villa again.

Perfect place for holiday
It's a great home for vacation. Location is beautiful in very peaceful area. You can have a relax in hot tub with view on a light house. It's perfect place for short and log distance jogging. Heated pool is great, water temperature was around 30 C degrees in January, when air temperature was 20 C degrees. This house has everything what we need for perfect holiday. We definitely come back to this house. Francesca and her husband are very helpful and contact is really good.

Fantastic property! Absolutely perfect for our first family holiday with a 1 year old! Unfortunately our holiday was cut short due to Covid-19 but we had a lovely 3 days in the sun! The outside areas were lovely, the Astro tuff a great edition especially for my little one to crawl around on! Great location with some lovely restaurants and a well stocked small supermarket just a few minutes walk! We stayed for just under 2 weeks, and could not fault this lovely villa one bit. Francesca the host was very accommodating and helpful with all our requests. The pool is heated and always warm, and the hot tub was great. The location was good, walking distance to the lighthouse and near to Faro park with local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, and 10 mins drive to Playa Blanca promenade where there is a vast array of different cuisines. Would definitely book this again.

As regular visitors to both Lanzarote and Playa Blanca we have stayed in many different villas over the years. This villa didn’t disappoint. Lovely, quiet location in Faro Park only a short walk to the sea and local shops/restaurants. For those unfamiliar with the location, Playa Blanca is a short bus or taxi ride (approx 5-6€) or an hours walk along the sea path (approx 3 miles). There are, however, a number of nice restaurants along this path and in Faro Park. Hot tub and pool well maintained and clean. Never sure about a table tennis table in any villa in Lanzarote, maybe a pool table would be better. Huge BBQ for those nights in and plenty of equipment in the villa if you rather not go out. If you have a car use the large SuperDino in Playa Blanca as the choice is greater and prices are cheaper than that in Faro Park, parking is underneath and can be accessed via Calle el Correillo. Would definitely consider rebooking.

Smashing villa on a very quiet and peaceful urbanisation
Very clean and well equipped villa. Nice pool with the added bonus of the hot tub and boy was it hot!! Good quality sun beds and even a couple of bikes were available. In a quieter part of Playa Blanca but don’t let that put you off. The row of restaurants and supermarket just along from the urbanisation were excellent. Overall a nice place to stay with a lovely owner who tended our every need. The welcome pack we found waiting for us was much appreciated as we arrived after 10pm.

Brilliant villa in a fab location. Plenty of space and very clean. Hot tub is a lovely touch! While clean, property is needed some renovation, particularly in bathrooms but was everything we needed. I have come accustom to washing materials being provided so make sure you pack a small amount if you’d like to use the washing machine / dishwasher.

The sofa and mattresses are new, and for a few days the villa has not been occupied, we have fixed some details, such as the ceilings and walls of the bathrooms. Dishwashing tablets are supplied, as well as liquid soap. Detergent for the washing machine is not supplied; although there are usually from previous guests. We try that everything is the best possible, to satisfy the stay of our guests.

This Villa has everything you need and is like Home from Home
I booked this 3 weeks holiday for us and our friends, we arrived on Jan 12th and stayed until Feb 2nd . On arrival we found the villa to be spotlessly clean and it was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. There was a lovely Welcome Pack waiting for us including Wine/Cheese/Milk/Coffee/Ham etc etc. Also all Towels are provided and changed weekly alongside the Bedlinen. The villa has everything you need, including a lovely heated swimming pool and hot tub, which are both maintained weekly . This was a different kind of holiday for us as we normally go all inclusive, so to have to look after ourselves was a shock to the system( lazy lol) but was made easier by a few shops and restaurants near by . The shops are approx a 10 min walk from villa, you could get all you need from there, also we would recommend Port Of Call restaurant,(Prawn & Garlic stuffed Fillet Steak is to die for) and also The Lighthouse for Fish & Chips and Sunday Carvery(Which needs to be booked a week in advance as its very popular) . There is also a bar called the Lounge which is nice. Playa Blanca is a 1hr walk along the seafront from Villa, this is a lovely walk if weather is good, but once walked there and around the Playa Blanca area perhaps a bit too far to walk back, this is where the excellent bus service or taxis come in, for 1 euro 40 you can use the bus or for 5 euros 60 you can travel straight to your door. (for 4 of us it worked out the same as the bus). The bus stop is approx 10 min walk away near the shops, they run 10 to the hour and 20 past and are ALWAYS on time. the journey into Playa Blanca takes approx 10 mins on the bus. We attended a Country & Western Night in Puerto Del Carmen which was value for money at 38 euros (includes BBQ and buffet and if you shout YEEHAW all you can drink Beer and Sangria and Soft Drinks) it was good fun. Tipico Canaria in town is an amazing place to eat, and Barneys and Mollys Bar and The Tavern are also nice nights out. Overall for us (all 4 in our young 50's) it was a nice holiday, Villa Is lovely but for us a bit too far away from Town for us. We liked the tranquility of the villa but we were a bit too far away from everything. The owners were amazing , any queries we had they answered immediately, lovely people. Take jackets as it gets very cold. For anyone wanting Taxis to and from the airport I would recommend Tom 07890831935, he met us at the aiport with a nice cold beer and a smile. Fabulous high quality property
We really enjoyed staying at the villa. The property was excellent and very comfortable. Our son loved the pool which was always warm and the hot tub was a great luxury. Perfekt ausgestattete Villa in schöner Lage. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und draußen findet man immer ein schattiges und windstilles Plätzchen - das ist nur bei wenigen Häusern in der Gegend der Fall. Das Highlight war auf jeden Fall die Kommunikation mit Francesca, sie hat auf alle Sorgen und Nöte sofort reagiert und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alle glücklich sind! Selten haben wir so eine hilfsbereite Gastgeberin erlebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schöne Villa
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem Viertel mit kleinen Villen und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und man kann nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Den schönen Garten und den warmen Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Einen Cafébäcker mit kleiner Brötchenauswahl erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Die Promenade nach Playa Blanca beginnt am Leuchtturm und man kann dort schön mit dem Fahrrad langfahren und leicht den kleinen aber schönen Strand Playa Flamingo erreichen. Der Ort Playa Blanca ist wie die meisten kanarischen Orte nicht so hübsch. Gelungen dagegen ist der neue Hafen Rubicon am Rand. Beindruckend ist auch die Brandung bei den Meereshöhlen von Los Hervideros und der Ort El Golfo mit vielen Restaurants mit Meerblick.

Unterkunft: sehr sauber, viel Platz und in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Außenbereich: Pool war sauber und hatte ca. 28 Grad, der Whirlpool war am Anfang bei 34 Grad, wurde dann aber auf Nachfrage auf 40 Grad hochgesetzt und war ein echtes Highlight zum entspannen ☺️. Die Grillecke war klasse, sehr gemütlich und windgeschützt. Vermieterin: Francesca war super! Wir hatten zwar nur Kontakt über WhatsApp, aber das war auch absolut ausreichend und sie hat immer sofort geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Muchas Gracias 😊. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll und die Playa Blanca ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Süden von Lanzarote in der Nähe von Playa Blanca. Die Highlights der Unterkunft sind ganz klar der beheizte Pool (29 °C) und der Whirlpool.
