Lanza stay
Had a great time. Accommodation was perfect apart from location, a bit far out from the town, but we knew that before we arrived. Villa was nice, clean and comfortable and well equiped. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay
My family and I have stopped in this villa twice now and yet again we had a trouble free week. The location is perfect, its a 30 minute drive from the Airport & a 5 - 20 minute walk into Play Blanca for an evening out. The Villa is on a residential complex so most of the other resident are locals so it's fairly quiet. Internet connection and wifi is very good, we take our Amazon box with us. The pool area while we did not us it this year was vastly improved since last we visited, its obviously had a make over and is well maintained. There were no sunbeds and no shade, so expect to have to provide your own. We will, provided the villa stays on the rental market, return time and time again. Looking forward to visiting again possible later in the year or next spring.

Lovely villa
The villa was exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Security gates all around the complex. I work in a leisure club and am very picky about pools. The one on site was absolutely spotless and pleasantly surprised to find it lifeguarded. The properties in the immediate vicinity of the villa are all very well kept, but there are parts of the complex that are run down and some properties unkept. It is mostly residential and not a holiday village. Maybe slightly overpriced for the condition of the complex. We've stayed in private villas in playa blanca for not much more. All in all a good holiday and was happy with the villa itself. The owner was very responsive.

Spotlessly clean modern apartment
We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment. It is very modern & extremely clean ( the lady who looks after the property lives opposite and is extremely helpful). We didn’t use the communal pool, the pool itself is okay but it’s surroundings are very very run down - broken grass umbrellas, broken tiles, graffiti everywhere a unusable park & tennis court. There were men doing some repair work around the complex so hopefully this will eventually be sorted. The property itself as I said is lovely with a nice little garden. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the beach, bars & restaurants which was perfect for us as we love to walk! I would recommend this property for the property but not the communal facilities.

Lovely bungalow with everything provided. Had a fab family holiday.
Excellent bungalow everything provided including beach towels and all kitchen utensils. Only downside if I had to pick one the pool was freezing but didn't stop my children going it. Bungalow totally spotless and very friendly cleaning lady who gave us tips on where to shop etc she even gave us a bottle of water when we arrived very kind.

Very well laid out ,clean and lovely. Awayfrom the hustle and bustle,we walked miles and if you don’t like hoping on and off buses or walking you will need a car ,idealic for us quiet !

David is a fantastic host, making our stay very easy with good directions etc. The villa is in a quiet location, we used the car to get into town but you could walk. We had the pool to ourselves most days!

IKEA showroom bungalow very well equipped
Stayed in bungalow for 2 months in Oct/Nov. Location is 20 minute walk from most things but good bus stop near Virginia Park about 300 yards away and a Taxi rank by Jardines Del Sol about 400 yards away. We did not hire a car and had no problems with walking or using buses but some people might prefer to hire a car. Plenty of free parking around bungalow and town. Very well equipped with most furniture and equipment coming from IKEA therefore good quality. Very lovely and friendly lady who lives opposite and holds the key/looks after the bungalow. For a small fee direct to her will give the bungalow a weekly clean. She is an absolute gem. The large terrace is south facing and has a nice covered area so you can choose sun or shade all day long. Kitchen includes built in oven, large fridge freeer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Good quality China, glasses and pans. Good quality towels are supplied including beach towels and 2 sets of bedding. Booking process very easy and efficient. Bath with shower enclosure over one end, with a designer shower unit giving multiple jet options. Small supermarket in Virginia Oasis offers most things at not too bad prices, cheaper than Paradise Island's smaller supermarket. Use Superdino by bus station for main shopping as much cheaper than all other supermarkets in town.

La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones en Familia y mas! Estaba en perfecto estado todo impecable, una vista hermosa de la montaña roja desde el fondo. Con un auto te mueves por toda la isla y estas a unos minutos en auto de las hermosas playas Papagayo que son imperdibles, naturaleza al máximo. Muchas gracias David y Maria!

Aantrekkelijke bungalow
Wij hebben 2 fijne weken gehad in deze bungalow die smaakvol is ingericht en ruim voorzien van alles om een relaxte vakantie te hebben. De dame die zorg draagt voor de bungalow is heel behulpzaam en attent.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
Die Anlage wird von Einheimische und Urlauber bewohnt, es ist ruhig und ohne Autolärm. Im Bungalow ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Einzig bemängeln könnte man, dass in der Küche und auf der Terrasse das Licht mangelhaft ist. Es hat auch genügend Hand- und Badetücher und die Bettwäsche wird wöchentlich gewechselt und auch die Wohnung gereinigt. Die Terrasse ist sehr sonnig und windgeschützt, der Garten ist gepflegt und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den Montaña Roja. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da die Anlage ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum und den Stränden ist. Für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt hat es an nichts gefehlt und für die gute Laune ist man selber zuständig!

Schöne Unterkunft in Playa Blanca. Preis-Leistung absolut fair!
Wir hatten als kleine Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell und vor Ort würde man toll betreut. Check in und out Prozesse sehr einfach und unkompliziert.

Die Ausstattung der Villa läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Für uns wichtig: Sehr gutes WLAN und alle deutschen Fernsehsender verfügbar. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Auto empfehlenswert aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, da Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Fazit: Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt umd werden das Angebot sicher wieder einmal nutzen.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen!
Unseren Aufenthalt in Davids Bungalow an Weihnachten 2018 haben wir sehr genossen. Im Bungalow ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es gibt viele kleine Details, die man in Ferienwohnungen sonst nicht vorfindet. Alle Räume sind schön renoviert, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage könnte man auch als Heizung nutzen, was wir aber im Dezember nicht gebraucht haben. Die Terrasse ist sehr sonnig und windgeschützt, ideal für den Winter, für den Sommer ist bestimmt der überdachte Teil sehr angenehm. Vom gepflegten Garten hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Hausberg von Playa Blanca, der sich leicht besteigen lässt und von dem aus man einen super Rundblick hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarin, die sich um den Bungalow kümmert, sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Da die Anlage abseits vom Zentrum von Playa Blanca und den Stränden liegt, ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlenswert, die nähere Umgebung lädt auch nicht gerade zu einem Fußmarsch ins Zentrum ein.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een complete woning. Het huis is netjes ingericht, veel elektrische apparaten aanwezig (broodrooster, föhn, staafmixer, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, wasmachine enz.). Prima bedden. Tuinmeubilair goed. Goede locatie. Heel fijn was het goede contact met de verhuurder die ons tips heeft gegeven over dingen in de omgeving, en autohuur. Verrassend was de tussentijdse verschoning van de bedden en de handdoeken.

Sehr modern und sauber
Der Bungalow liegt in einer Anlage, in der Einheimische und Urlauber wohnen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig ohne Autolärm oder Animationsstörungen. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel am Fuße des Vulkans. Wir hatten ein Auto, das wir täglich auch für die Fahrten zum Strand benutzt haben. Man kann problemlos auch den ganzen Tag in der Anlage bleiben, denn im Bungalow und im eigenen Garten hat man alles: Liegen, Handtücher für Pool und Strand, alle Küchenutensilien, die man sich denken kann. Der Vermieter hat wirklich mitgedacht und seinen Bungalow perfekt eingerichtet. Nur der Pool ist nicht so wie er auf dem Bild scheint: kalt, ohne Liegen, meistens im Wind. Wir waren nur im Meer baden in der Zeit Ende März, Anfang April.

perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
alles was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet, ist hier komplett gelungen. Saubere, moderne und praktisch ausgestatter Bungalow. Etwas vom Zentrum abgelegen aber schön ruhig. Eine Busanbindung (Buslinie 60) an den Ort ist halbstündig gewährleistet. Leider konnten wir die Poolanlage wegen des schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Diie angebotene Betreuung war perfekt.

very nice bungalow with a lot of useful equipment
this is a very nice bungalow with a very friendly owner, which gives you a lot of information to enjoy your holidays. The bungalow is equipped very good. What I missed were German TV channels but it was possible to use internet TV. There is a nice pool in the area with a wonderful sight to the sea and to the vulcan.

Lugar tranquilo
El apartamento está muy bien, muy limpio. Equipado totalmente, no le falta de nada. Teníamos hasta toallas de playa y sombrillas. La urbanización está un poco descuidada pero correcta. Es imprescindible el coche para la playa y el centro del pueblo. Urbanización muy tranquila y agradable en la falda del volcán Montaña Roja.

Acogedor y exvelente bungalow en Playa Blanca
El apartamento está muy nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario y más. Tanto a nivel de menaje, ropa de cama, toallas. Hay juegos de mesa, pnturas para los peques y un wi-fi excelente!. El propietario también facilita toallas, sombrilla y juegos para la playa. No se echa nada en falta, tiene hasta aire acondicionado para los más calurosos, aunque nosotros no lo usamos. La atención del propietario ha sido excelente y se ha preocupado de todos los inconvenientes surgidos. He de agradecer sobre todo la amabilidad y cordialidad de Conchi, la chica que se ocupa de mantener el bungalow en condiciones y que vive justo delante, desde aquí muchas gracias por todo!!! Puntos negativos, que los hay. La urbanización queda algo apartada del pueblo, aunque si vas con coche, en cinco minutos llegas. Hay algo de falta de mantenimiento, sobre todo en la piscina, y es algo en lo que se debería insistir, es por eso que no pongo las cinco estrellas. No la usamos por que nos pareció que no estaba en condiciones. Por todo los demás, 100% recomendable.

Nice apartment a bit outside the city centre. Has everything you need in a home.
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was nicely furnished and has everything you need in the kitchen. Friendly lady next door who cleans the apartment. She was very helpful and kind. Wi-Fi was fast. Bus stop quite close. Only negative was the pool area. Not very clean pools and the water is cold. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

La casa está muy bien, la descripción que se hace de ella es exacta. Tiene de todo, no hemos echado en falta nada. Lugar tranquilo. Todo muy limpio. David el propietario muy atento. En la zona donde se ubica la casa, hay unas playas de arena muy bonitas (las de Papagayo) y un lugar llamado los Charcones muy original.

El apartamento es tal cual muestran las fotos. Realmente muy acogedor, nuevo y con todos los detalles. Las camas muy cómodas y muy bien situado aunque está en las afueras de Playa Blanca. Muchas gracias David por estar tan pendiente de todo. Muy recomendable!!!

Nos hemos encontrado con un bungalow totalmente equipado, muy cómodo y muy agradable. David, el propietario, muy colaborador siempre respondiendo a todas nuestras preguntas. Es, sin duda, un alojamiento en el que volveríamos a repetir estancia.

Sitio ideal para ir en pareja o con familia, el bungalow , limpio, bien situado, completamente equipado, no echas en falta nada, aire acondicionado, terraza privada, sitio tranquilo, bien conectado, el propietario pendiente de que llegues bien y que tu estancia sea lo mas agradable posible. Estas como en casa. Lo recomiendo 100%, de hecho volveremos al mismo lugar.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel 2015/2016 zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Bungalow verbracht. Für zwei Personen ist der Platz ausreichend; die Beschreibung des Vermieters trifft voll und ganz zu; es fehlt nichts, um wunderbare Ferien dort zu verbringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; die Betreuung im Vorfeld war super. Jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet, er ist absolut zuverlässig. Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist nicht besonders gepflegt und schön. Ohne Mietauto geht nichts, es ist alles sehr weitläufig. Der Bungalow ist sehr gepflegt und top eingerichtet, das Kochen hat mir viel Spaß bereitet. Würde uns die Insel besser gefallen, würden wir bestimmt die Unterkunft nochmals buchen. SH / AS

PARFAIT !
Maison très propre, refaite à neuf et particulièrement bien équipée. Un peu éloignée du centre ville mais au calme et au pied du volcan de Playa Blanca. Le propriétaire nous a fourni de nombreux conseils utiles. Nous avons aussi apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la señora Conchita.
