Great villa
A lovely villa in a quiet area and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The water in the pool was lovely and warm but wasn’t very deep. Ideal for younger children. The outside area around the pool and particularly on the terrace needed to be cleaned. We would stay here again.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was heated and had plenty of sun beds a great outside area which gets the sun all day, also has a good sized balcony of the upstairs bedroom. A short walk down hill to the strip which has plenty choice of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Las Brisas
We had a great 9 days in the villa. Everything is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Just a bit further down the hill is the beach and all the bars shops and restaurants. We only needed a taxi to the villa and going back to the airport. We would definitely come back. The villa was nice only thing would be the umbrella for shade, it’s only a beach umbrella which doesn’t fit the actual parasol base. You definitely need a sold parasol for when it gets too hot and doesn’t blow out the base. Also the sun loungers would be better if you could attach the large cushions on them for comfort. But everything else was great . We had no problems and would definitely return.

Fantastic Villa
We had a lovely week's stay at Las Brisas. The vill is perfectly located within a 15 min drive from the airport. The centre of town and the beaches are also no more than a 15 min walk. The villa itself has everything you need and the pool was great for those long hot days. Would definitely recommend to others

The villa was lovely, well-used, the sun beds needed a good clean badly stained & some of them were broken the pool was heated & was cleaned three time whilst we were there, Pam & Mick were brilliant any questions were answered, there is a Spar supermarket just down the road, the walk down to the sea front took about 20 mins, we never saw the property manager at the villa, overall we would rent this villa again so thank you.

Perfect Villa!

Fab villa
Really loved this villa, so clean + tidy + everything you needed was there. Absolutely loved the pool, one of the best we have had + we've stayed in a lot of villas. Location to the main strip is just a 5 min walk which was ideal. Will deffo be staying there again.

Villa with fabulous pool
We had an excellent week's stay in the villa. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with through the process. The pool made our holiday it was excellent and enjoys the sun all day as does the large balcony. It is situated in a quiet area, however we found everything to be easily accessible from the villa. We would definitely use this property again.

Everything you need
We stayed in this villa for a week, only regret is that it wasn’t long enough. Hosts friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, accommodating storing our luggage on our last day which was so helpful. The villa itself has everything you could need or want, pool was amazing and just the right temperature to cool down. Location perfect as not too near the noise but only a few minutes walk to bars/restaurants. I would return here in a heartbeat! Perfect!

The Villa is in a nice quiet area. It has everything you need like home from home it was immaculate. It has a lovely pool child friendly very clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the main drag where all the bars and restaurants are. Would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival we found the villa very clean and well presented, it is a 10 minute walk to the main strip where all the shops, bars and restaurants are. The pool is a good depth for children as its not too deep, plenty of loungers.

Convenientl Location
The villa is located around a 10 minute walk to the centre of PDC. It is well presented and has everything you will need being well equipped throughout. The pool is the same depth throughout. The bedrooms are a good size and the windows aren’t in the glare of the late afternoon sun so stay cool. The walk down to PDC will bring you out at the bus stop and taxi rank should you wish to visit other areas. Cost €5 to go to Matagorda by taxi which has a great selection of restaurants. Would recommend staying here but it is a little steep walking back up the hill.

Fabulous Villa in a lovely location! Perfect for a family holiday!
Lovely spacious villa with a gorgeous pool which we all absolutely loved! The owners had thought of everything and there were some really nice touches such as games for the evening, buckets and spades for the beach, and plenty of information about local food/excursions. The kitchen is well equipt and was lovely to cook in, with dining tables seating 6 in both the kitchen and by the pool. All laundry amenities worked well, I found this really handy traveling as a family. The beds were comfy and all 3 bedrooms had more than enough storage/hanging space for 2 people in each room, each also had a hairdryer. Both bathrooms have a shower/bath and lighted mirrors - perfect for doing make-up! Both the pool area and the balcony get the sun all day and the views from the balcony are beautiful! The villa is situated in a nice quiet area but is only a 10/15 minute walk to the seafront/strip, and you are able to park rented electric scooters right outside if you don't fancy walking back. There are corner shops within a 5-minute walk which have most essentials, and for a bigger shop there is a Lidl 30 minutes away or a 5 euro taxi ride so getting food we all liked was not a problem. The owners kept us well informed and happily provided more information about the villa for my child who has autism, which really helped her to relax and enjoy her holiday. We would all love to return and would highly recommend this villa to anyone, especially families and those who prefer to have more privacy and space.

Fantastic Property
We had a brilliant stay at this property. It is very well equipped with everything you could need and located 5 mins walk to the Spar. The pool was fantastic and everything in the Villa was very clean. A huge amount of UK tv channels available, including lots of films and sports channels. This meant that we didn’t always have to go out at night if we didn’t want to. Pam was very accommodating to allow us early access into the Villa to save us wandering the streets and also let us check out a bit later. Thank you for this Pam. It’s the little things like this that take the stress out of a holiday. I’m already looking to rebook and can’t wait to come back to this property. Thanks for a fantastic holiday. Kerry

Easy check in. Great location. 5-10 minute walk to main strip where there are loads of lovely restaurants and pubs. Supermarkets are close by. There is everything you need in Villa. Outdoor terrace and pool area is great. Pool cleaned twice in the week we were there. Would definitely visit again.

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa had all we needed, warm pool. Comfortable bed and many channels on sky TV. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it's just 5 mins to the supermarket and 10 mins to the main strip which had lots of great bars and restaurants, Good communication from the owners beforehand, and check in was simple, Will be happy to recommend this villa and we would be more than happy to holiday here again. Very Relaxing Stay
We had a great week in this villa and wished we had booked for longer. It's in a quiet area which made it very relaxing for us, but it's only about 10 mins to the front where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The Villa is lovely and has every thing you need and the beds are comfy. Full TV package also available. Having a private pool was great. Booking process and contact with the owners was good. We would highly recommend this Villa and we are considering booking again for next year.

Comfortable villa
Great location, 5 minutes from main strip. Quiet and peaceful. Large villa, spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen, full sized cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Tv with many channels, dvds, games and books. We only used the ground floor as only two of us, bedrooms upstairs large and 2nd bathroom very clean. Large roof terrace ideal for veiwing the sun rise. Pool small but ideal for cooling off, area around pool large, 6 sunbeds and table and chairs. Barbecue available, iron, hairdryers etc. There was nothing we can think of that we would need. We would love to return with family and are happy to recommend.

We had a lovely holiday at Las Brisas. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything you could want for you holiday. The heated pool was brilliant - it was like getting into a warm bath. We have been to Lanzarote over 20 times and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. We flew home 3 days before the corona virus lock down - wouldn’t of minded being in lockdown in Las Brisas!

Perfect holiday. Lovely warm pool with great sunny terrace. Spacious accommodation, kitchen with all the necessary utensils etc, three good size bedrooms. Large lounge with TV having all the channels you would ever need! Good WIFI connection. Plenty of hot water when needed. Great Villa
As many have said this is a lovely villa in a very convenient position . 10 minute walk to the front strip / sea front , Only 5 to the nearest supermarket and a couple of very nice restaurants , Nico’s and Mozarella . It was lovely to have the heated pool as at this time of year communal pools and the sea are far too cold ! The villa was lovely and clean , well equipped and there was always hot water which can often be an issue in other accommodation and it was nice to have plenty of good quality towels. The pool was cleaned 2ce weekly too! It was also great to have the Sky sports and cinema channels .. a real bonus. Excellent WiFi reception. Only one slight criticism . The main bed was really comfortable but the 2nd double dipped in the middle so could do with new slats ! Would definitely book again and will recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent villa in a great location
The villa was ideal for our needs. The lounge and kitchen area was well equipped and comfortable to relax in. The patio doors lead straight to the pool area which provided another place to relax. The pool was heated!! The indoor arrangement with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 1 bedroom and a bathroom downstairs gave us extra privacy that was much appreciated. The area around the villa was very quiet, so good for both relaxing and sleeping. It was however only a short walk to the front and a multitude of restaurants and bars. Couldn't believe the value for money.. A great holiday villa and would book again if returning to Lanzarote.

Central sunny accommodation
Overall, we found the stay very nice. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the sea. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk. The house is clean and offers enough space. The kitchen is equipped as described. The pool, about 1.0 meters deep, was cleaned several times in the 2 weeks and the contact was very nice. According to our documents, the house should be cleaned weekly. Also new towels should be provided on Mondays. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The entire pool / garden area is in full sun from morning to evening. It would be nice if there were at least enough intact umbrellas. This was unfortunately not the case. So if you were looking for shade, you could only go indoors. Unfortunately, as already criticized by others, the condition of the sun loungers is not very good. Likewise, the mattresses in the second room above. These are totally worn out. Therefore, we allow ourselves not to give the full score. However, we are convinced that if a few things are renewed, this house is a clear recommendation for the future.
