Dear guest, We are quite surprised by your feedback. Nevertheless, we very much appreciate thoughts and feedback from all our guests. This is our first three-star review, and we're sorry that the villa didn't meet your expectations. As pictured on the website and compared to most Canarian Villas, our villa has a more modern architecture. The pictures are an accurate representation of each room, including the bathrooms. However, our villa does not have the latest design interior of the kitchen and bathrooms, but most of our guest find them to their full satisfaction. We don't have air conditioning; it's costly to run and would also reflect in our rental price. We don't advertise air conditioning on the website either. Regarding the fans, we were there one month ago, and they all worked fine. If you found any of them faulty, you should have addressed that with the management or us, and we would have replaced them immediately. As for the address, the street names have changed several times over the years. That happens, unfortunately, in the Canaries. The address given is correct, and we also supply every guest with a Google location that should ensure no guest has difficulty finding our villa. Of course, we would like every guest's arrival to be as smooth as possible. We also have automatic lights outside and inside the property to help with your wayfinding. Again, we are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations and that our holiday rental did not suit your specific requirements.

Hi Katie, thank you for your feedback which is very much appreciated. We do like to hear comments from our guests to ensure they are having a good holiday. Unfortunately due to Covid and the restrictions, the Villa has been standing empty for quite some time and we were not able to fly over as often as we wanted to, to ensure the Villa is always up to date. Although we do have a Villa management company. We are now in the process of updating areas that need to be addressed. Which we usually do on a regular basis. The Villa is not situated in front of a car wash, but there is a petrol station and car wash nearby in the next road down. Many people have put previous reviews that this has often come in handy for essential shopping at times. Our Villa is in a very quiet residential area. Unfortunately if you are looking for complete silence, the Petrol station can sometimes have some noise, being the only business around. Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you had a lovely holiday in our Villa! Regarding the TV, we do not use sky anymore, but do still have the box there so you can get a couple of channels from it. We now use a Uk TV system with many channels. Dear Ron and Family Thank you so much for you review. We strive to keep our customers happy and maintain and update our villa on a regular basis. We have addressed the issue with the non working Apple docking station, replacing it with a new one. We are always keeping up with modern mod cons and have as well added smart TV internet streaming TV for a greater choice of channels and movies. Our pool is 1.65m as stated in the description and we regularly have families with children without it being any hinder. Some people prefer it as it's a good pool to swim in, others would like a shallow end. It might be something we consider for the future.
