Beware the dividing door.
Nice refurbished bungalows but the dividing door is an issue you can hear every word from neighbours.

Good, but not perfect!
Overall good experience, with few things to improve. Entertainment was quite bad, we ended up walking by promenade nearly every evening because of that. All inclusive food is ok, do not expect 5 star service, if you not fussy you always find something to eat, but trays needs to be changed much quicker! Our advice to come to canteen at it opening, less stress! Bungalow was quite small but very nice with comfy beds. Also cleaning was dry only, so quite dirty. Wifi not included, and very expensive as you pay per user, not per bungalow at a cost of €25 per week. Wifi quality was very bad especially in the evening. Aqua Lava was great and just 5 min walk from our bungalow. Overall pleasant experience, but we probably won't return.

Better than expected...
Upon walking into the main reception the noise of the children / parents made me think we had made a mistake... we wasn't looking for a loud Butlin's holiday with a poor buffet service etc. However once we got to our apartment the noise level was non existent and our rooms were clean and tidy. Upon venturing back to the all inclusive buffet we were very pleased with the choice and quality.. Something for everyone and even if the burgers didn't look appetizing the salads would make up for it. Overall for what we paid and what we received we couldn't complain and if you have children and want to find somewhere in Lanzarote to go then we cannot fault this location. Even if you are a couple wanting a relaxing holiday, once away from the central pool/dining area its peaceful.

Not bad!Little improvements would make this great.
Overall the hotel wasnt too bad. Nice big pools and water park was great. Friendly staff and entertainment team were great. The selection of All Inclusive drinks was really poor worst I have experienced on our previous holidays. Also the free wifi is not for everyone it all depends on your tour operator and to our disapointment booking via hotels.com didn't include wifi and was quite expensive if you wanted to pay for it. The bungalows were quite small inside but you spend most of your time out and about anyway, Tv had 2 english channels one was news. Would we go again? Perhaps not think we would look around and go to another hotel.

Relaxing stay!
Good value for money!! Really enjoyed my stay here. Playa flamingo beach just 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Can't wait to go back.

We had a great break here and this 3 star hotel delivers way more than we expected - it was brilliant value and the food was really excellent with a great choice... All the staff worked really hard and were incredibly friendly...the cleaning staff were so friendly and cheery... The hotel was far busier than we expected for this time of year but that was a good thing as it created a great atmosphere and the staff coped so well... Having access to the water park was a huge bonus for us and we would definately return to the hotel again and recommend it no problem.

Relaxing stay
We have just returned from Relaxia Lanzasur club. The stay was a pleasurable experience and we are looking forward to go back there maybe next year. The information I am looking for in other reviews are food, facilities, staff, cleanliness and beach. The Relaxia offers good value for your money. The food: good variety and available through the day in the restaurant or pool bar. Help yourself beer, wine or non alcoholic beverages. All inclusive drinks in the bar or pool. Facilities: Its ageing slowly but still good, no aircon in our bungalow. WIFI cost €25 per week and it works in only one device. It might be cheaper to buy Spanish prepaid sim with 600MB internet allowance for €10. Cleanliness: Room smelled nice when we arrived and I have seen many ladies cleaning the bungalows. The fresh towels every 3 days. I found papers under the bed though. Staff: Very friendly and the biggest asset if the hotel. Children are well entertained after dinner, not much for adults but there are games near the pool. Beach: clean and nice beach located within 5 minutes walk. The best beach is in Papagayo, 20 minutes drive, it costs €3 to enter and a bit harsh ride as no asphalt. Free entry to hotel own aqua park. Enjoy your stay!

Not for me
Never a fan of all inclusive and now I know why. A gin and tonic that tasted only of flat tonic even after asking for a gin top up. Didn't drink it and even after purchasing a premium drink felt it was watered down . Food was ok but dull in general but the most amazing thing was dinner was over and done with by 9pm. I prefer to eat around 8.30 but by this time the choice was limited and by 9pm everything had been cleared away! Who closes their restaurant at 9pm? On the positive side the rooms are good and the complex is well laid out. Pool bar staff were great. Reception lacked staff and insufficient information is provided at check in. Overall probably represents good value for families who want to eat and drink all day without worrying about the cost.

Family friendly hotel
Nice and friendly staff, they are working really hard to provide good service. I was in few different hotels and this one has one of the best meals . Choice is not impressive but everybody will find something to it. Great chose of different vegetarian dishes. Good quality. Aqua park is small but clean and safe. Great fun for kids. Clining service is 5 times a week and towels changing every 2-3 days, what is more than enough.

Huoneemme oli upgradettu isoksi perhevillaksi, jossa myös oma poreallas. Aivan mahtava lisä. Vihdoinkin hotelli, jossa oikeat täkit ja pussilakanat sängyissä, oli hyvä nukkua. Kolme allasta, joista yksi oli lämmitetty, tarkeni uida. Ruoka ei ollut kovin kaksista, mutta ihan ok se meni. Iltatapahtumia ja allastapahtumia päiväsaikaan. Flamingorannalle todella lyhyt kävelymatka. Mutta nousuveden aikaan ranta jäi pieneksi.

¡Hotel 5 estrellas! Lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal, pasando por la recepción, los camareros de la barra, el personal en el restaurante, la animación y la limpieza! El hotel se encuentra al lado de una playa muy agradable... Estancia EXCELENTE!

Super complexe pour les enfants, parfait pour une famille. Points positifs : logement en bungalow (et pas appartement ou chambre), le parc aqualava gratuit et illimité, les animations pour enfants tous les soirs, buffet correct, jeux piscine à disposition gratuitement (bouée, ballon....), l’enfant est au centre de l’attention du personnel c’est agréable pour les familles. Points négatifs : pas de changements de draps ou serviettes de la semaine (lits refait et sol lavé 1 jour sur 2), le personnel ne parlent pas français, le manque de propreté au niveau des transats piscine et tables du restaurant mais cela est du au manque’ du manque de respect des clients (et enfants). Wifi désormais gratuite

Toppen vistelse med all inklusive, bra pris o läge
Underbar all Inclusive anläggning! Härlig o välkomnande personal! Aktiviteter för stora och små. Stora ytor och välskött hotellområde. Bra bungalow med egen uteplats. Direkt anslutning till aquapark, inträde ingår! Stort område så placering på rum kan variera stort men vi hade tur. Nära till strandpromenaden och stranden. Bra utbud av shopping ett kvarter ovanför strandpromenaden. Nära också till hamnen om man som vi vill åka över till Fuerteventura.

una struttura bisognosa di manutenzione.....quando piove si vedono degli stracci accostati alla base dei finestroni.....cmq il personale è molto accogliente sia nel ristorante che alla reception...gli italiani non se li filano proprio.......

Animación infantil bien.comida regular. Limpieza en la habitación fatal. Nos asignaron el sábado pasado 13/10 la habitación 416 y la entrada estaba sucia (basura en media de la puerta de la entrada) esa puerta no abría bien, lámpara exterior sucia, hamaca rota, sofa cama roto, tapa del wc rota, baño sucio.

Hemos estado alojados en este hotel hace dos semanas y ha sido una grata estancia. Todo muy limpio, buen servicio, comida muy rica y el personal estupendo y muy amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

waren zum vierten Mal hier und es war wieder ein schöner Urlaub. Nettes Animationsteam, leckeres Essen und nettes Persnal. Dicht zum Strand und zur langen Promenade. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Het eten is prima en voor ons voldoende gevarieerd. Personeel in het restaurant is vriendelijk. Aan de receptie een aantal zeer starre personen. Jammer dat je voor het gebruik van een badhandoek €2,50 moet betalen en €8,- per dag voor het gebruik van Wifi kan echt niet meer anno 2016 en al Helemaaaal niet in een all-in hotel. 3x een gigantische kakkerlak in de badkamer maar dat kan eenmaal voorkomen hier

L'immagine che colpisce appena entrati è l'enorme anfiteatro circolare che racchiude le due emipiscine circondate da una selva di sdraio ed ombrelloni dove bivaccano intere famiglie e gonfiabili di ogni specie. Urla, risate, pianti, rimproveri ... e un'infinità di tatuaggi sono la coreografia di uno spaccato di vite vissute che emerge nell' all-inclusive" negli orari canonici:un lavoro immane per inservienti e camerieri che spesso non trovano posto agli ultimi arrivati e spalancano loro le braccia. In fretta e furia sparecchiano e girano e rigirano le solite tovagliette che con il loro color marrone variegato camuffano lo sporco e impataccano gomiti e vestiti ... stessa sorte x i pantaloni sulle sedie unte e luccicose. C'è un trucco: usare uno stesso vestito x tt i pranzi, cene e colazioni ...tanto non se ne accorge nessuno! E pensare che non ti regalano nulla, anzi ... palestra, lavatrice, aria condizionata, wi-fi (tranne nell'acqua-park, limitato!!) ... il televisore è gratis ma è una scatola di 30 anni fa con scarsi canali e ... senza telecomando. I bungalow ...sono bungalow, il nostro aveva una porta comunicante - chiusa - ma che offriva un'ottima comunicazione audio con i vicini. Il cibo? meglio non parlarne ... al solo pensiero dei succhi e del caffè mi viene la nausea ... e siamo solo al mattino!

Mooi hotel, ruim opgezet met kleine huisjes met woonkamer, keuken en slaapkamer. Privé terras per huisje. Mooie zwembaden, helaas wel veel handdoeken al voor het ontbijt op de ligbedden. Restaurant viel tegen, de variatie van het eten per dag was minimaal, weinig buitenruimte om te eten, wat je verplicht om binnen tussen de huilende en gillende kinderen te zitten,

Servizi di un hotel a due stelle ,all inclusive ridicolo ,al bar quasi tutto a pagamento comprese le granite , il pomeriggio il bar esponeva qualche avanzo delle portate del pranzo , a pagamento anche la palestra ,all inclusive proprio per niente !

Smutsigt, dålig service. Stor upplyst matsal med samma tråkiga mat och hög ljudvolym. Behöver renoveras. Verkligheten stämmer inte med bilderna.
