A happy holiday!
Apartment was well equipped, especially the addition of beach towels and ice blocks, but we felt it was a little small for 3 adults. Air-con didn’t work to it’s maximum potential as the weather was so hot, but we were able to leave the windows open during the night. We had a few issues with the wifi, but Vicky was on the case and it was sorted. Complex was great, very clean and well maintained. Pool was a good size and refreshing in the heat, but there were many broken sun-beds and hardly any shade. However, it was in a perfect location as it was an ideal distance to the supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants. We had a brilliant holiday and we would definitely recommend this apartment. Loved the apartment
This was my 5th stay here. Perfectly clean Always. A home from home everything you need. Not the biggest of apartments. But beautiful sea view from the terrace and fabulous new pool. Close to beeches shops, bars and returant. Quiet and idyllic complex. Will be coming again.

Sadly not very good review. Appt not very clean . Ok beds but very uncomfortable sofa. No tele for 2 days. Appt in need of TLC, very cracked walls, doors don’t fit . Very limited cutlery etc . Dirty washing up implements, glad we took our own new ones. So sorry to give bad review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the technical issue with the satellite television was beyond our control as the service provider is not open on the weekend. We did advise that it would be rectified on the Monday, which indeed it was. We are sorry to hear that the cleaning was not to your standard, the apartment is professionally cleaned after each departure and we have not had complaints about cleaning in the past.

Excellent apartment in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our week of winter sun in this delightful apartment. Great views and well equipped the apartment is ideal for lazing around by the pool and there is a huge number of really good restaurants all in close proximity to the location. Highly recommended.

clean complex 10 mins to the beach
the complex has access from the back gate on the level or up stairs from the front. the apartment has a south facing patio with sun all day and a sea view, one bedroom has a small ensuite and the other bedroom can use the main full sized bathroom. There is a washing machine and full oven and tv with all UK channels. The Wi-Fi is great. Its a 10-15 mins walk to the beach and main strip down a fairly steep hill if you have mobility problems. 2 supermarkets close by and a UK doctors clinic on the strip. Very friendly guests on the complex who we met at the pool which has sunbeds and parasol stands. Vicky was very available and fixed a leak in the bathroom and organized our transfer to the airport. It could have done with a few more pans but we stayed for a month so didn't eat out all the time.

Fantastic stay
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment which was south facing so always warm. Great sea views from the apartment. Easy check in and Vicky and Oscar were helpful. Good location for supermarkets and only short walk to lovely beaches and the strip. The apartment suited us well and in a quiet location so there was no noise from the strip. Superb wifi and great to have English TV.

Lovely apartment in a central location, so close to everything. Everyone we met was so friendly and chatty. We had a very enjoyable 10 days, very relaxing and restful.

Fabulous Holiday
Perfect location - A Spar right on the door step so handy- apartment complex was superb so clean and everyone friendly. No rushing for a sun bed, very chilled holiday. Vicky available anytime - she arranged pick up to airport no hassle. Would stay here again. 😊

Ocean views
As soon as our bags were unpacked we felt at home in this cosy private hide away. With stunning ocean views over white stucco rooftops surrounded by many palm trees in a beatiful part of Porto del Carmen. The whole complex and the pool is clean and everyone is super friendly. Very handy having the supermarket right next door and the best secluded little beaches a stones throw away. Excellent holiday home, whish we could have stayed an extra week.

Amazing
We loved our time at this property. Vicky was amazing to deal with and even arranged for transportation back to the airport. The location was great for restaurants and beach access. There is a car rental next door, so it was a snap to get out and explore the island. We will definitely be back!!

Great apartment and location
Good sized apartment with plenty of room for my friend and I to relax and enjoy our holiday. Well equipped kitchen and living space, if the weather does not work in your favour then plenty to keep you entertained with good selection of channels on the TV, lots of DVDs, books, etc. Well placed for getting provisions, there is the Spar down the dreaded steps at the front of the property though it is good exercise and loved the challenge. For easier route, out the back gate and turn left, there a smaller but well stocked shop on the corner. Lovely swimming pool, reasonably quiet as well so felt like a private pool. Great location as a few minutes walk to parade of shops and bars, this is my favourite end of the front, less hassle, great restaurants and bars, especially Mojito Tex Mex which had the best chilli. Overall very good, would recommend.

Lovely apartment
This was a lovely quiet place to stay considering how busy it was in the town!! Second bedroom was a little snug for two adults sharing but we felt completely safe at all times with the locked gates. Never a lack of hot water even on cloudy days!! The whole booking process was very simple and Vicky could not have been more helpful. Even a left bag in the cab from the airport was tracked down by her and delivered incredibly quickly back to the apartment. Pool was freezing but it was only the beginning of May so not much time to heat up yet! Location was perfect for the bars and restaurants and the beach. Everywhere was easy to walk to. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and well equipped. Had everything you could want
Nice quiet position. Only drawback are the steps leading down to Calle Pedro Barba. Ok, there is a back entrance which is on same level as apartment but if you want to go to Spar supermarket then the dreaded steps are only option.

Thank you for your review Chris. Good to hear that you liked the quiet location of the apartment. To avoid the steps to go to the Spar supermarket, there is another supermarket (Hiperdino) at the end of the road from where the back gate is. Although it takes a few minutes longer to walk there, it is a completely flat walk and it does avoid having to walk up/down the steps.

Great apartment in a great location
Central location near the casino pool great not overcrowded shops nearby. Apartment has wi fi and sky and the porch is a nice little sun trap with tables and chairs. Clean and everything you need inside only thing I would add is some portable fans as you have to pay for air con. I would return to this property without hesitation

FAB VIEWS
Everything about the apartment was as described, nice clean bright accommodation. Our only concern was the steps up to it (64) and yes you can go around to the back gate - but this puts another 15 mins walking time on it for us ( knee problems)... so we'll just have to get fitter so we can use the steps next time ! The open views from the apartment were fantastic so we spent most of the day enjoying the sun on the patio ( sun trap) and the sea views. Would recommend - as long as you are aware the back gate entrance is not just 2 minutes around the back.

Peaceful situation.
The situation of the appartment is ideal . No passing traffic and a sea view , close to the swimming pool . For guests with limited mobility there are a lot of steps. For couples staying in the apartment privacy would be an issue as neither bedroom door closes properly ! The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen was very well equipped. There is plenty of storage space .

Atalaya complex August 2017
Fantastic location in Puerto del Carmen, everything on your doorstep. Apartment small but adequate for 2 Adults and 2 children with all you needed inside. View from terrace area amazing looking out over the sea, pool area quiet and that was August although pool and sunloungers could do with some modernisation. Only downfall is the 66 steps you have to climb but it does keep you fit. All in all a lovely place to stay will definetly come back and book again.

great location
Overall had a great stay at this property. Owner very helpful with all my queries. Very near all the restaurants and bars. Supermarkets to front and rear of property. Only down side for me were the stairs at front, as i have problems with my knees and the air conditioning wasn't very good. All in all had a great time and would return.

Great, relaxing holiday.
Had a wonderful week's holiday, a very well located apartment, situated close to all amenities. The property is very clean and well equipped. Victoria took the time to explain everything relating to both the apartment and the area in general. Will definitely return at a future date.

Absolutely great apartment!
We stayed for 10 nights over Easter. The apartment complex was really well looked after and quiet as well as being very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool too. The apartment itself was tidy and well equipped with everything we needed. I can't recommend this property enough.

Fijn appartement, dichtbij zee maar rustig
Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers. Oceaanzicht vanaf zonnige patio (ochtend, middag). Minder dan tien minuten lopen naar strand, boulevard, bushalte en taxi. Kwartiertje met taxi naar vliegveld. Beheerder Vicky is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, reageert altijd binnen een paar uur op mails.

Wir haben in der Wohnung zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Es ist alles da,was man benötigt ,eine einfache kleine saubere Unterkunft . Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist toll. Am Pool findet man immer einen Platz,es ist nicht überlaufen und es herrscht eine schöne ruhige und freundliche Atmosphere .....und dann der Blick auf das Meer....traumhaft. Wir kommen wieder !
