Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, we are disappointed that you felt the villa and your stay justified 2*, on the occasions you contacted us with regards to the TV issues we dealt with them as quickly as possible. The pools are scheduled weekly and mid weekly cleans, there are trees and plants around the garden areas which will drop leaf's and flowers, these will get blown into the pool, I will speak with the owners regarding the purchasing of a pool net for guests to use during their stay. Lanzarote is a windy island and umbrellas get damaged or sometimes blown away which can be dangerous, if shade would be an advantage in the garden area, this is something that can be discussed with the owner. We offer Beach Towel hire if they are required. I take note of the welcome folder and will have one arranged for local information. The villa offers everything you need for a great holiday, it is new, the furniture is new (not to everyone's preference in comfort) but we have not had any complaints in the past, our cleaning staff go above an beyond to create a clean and fresh villa. As you know putting reviews on hotels, apartments and villas gives potential guests an insight on what they are booking, submitting a 2* review because there was no beach towels, outside umbrella and a leaf in the pool is unfair on the hard work we as a company and the owners of the property do to keep up the standards our guests expect.
