Teguise - Villa with Private Pool
Property not clean and frankly unsafe. No support from the host. DO NOT BOOK FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY. Stayed only for 2 nights then had to seek and pay for additional accommodation to save the holiday.

Good location, lovely pool, fab manager.
Chris the manager was great, really helpful with info about the island, showing us around the villa and getting us a new kettle the same day that the one in the villa stopped working. The kids loved the pool which was clean and warm enough for them to be in for hours. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery for the 6 of us although kitchen knives were a little blunt. The villa itself was fine size wise but what I would describe as tired, some missing tiles, tired flooring around the pool and the wardrobes were a bit musty - a bit of a refresh would breath some extra life into it but equally the price is maybe reflective of this. Location was great for us as we had a hire car, Teguise had some lovely shops and restaurants and wasn’t overly busy or touristy and only 10mins away, large supermarkets about 15min drive away and a small shop in Nazaret itself which was within walking distance. Good beaches were within 30mins drive or less along with the National Park with the volcano tours (tip drive in and park then get a coach tour it’s €12 per adult and much cheaper than the organised tours which pick you up by coach and then take you there) We had a lovely time.

A bit disappointing Needs a spruce up
If you were just marking the service from Chris the property manager it would be 5 stars. However the property needs a serious spruce up. There are broken tiles inside and out. The pool was hazy when we got there. Chris did sort it after a few days. Towels were worn out and one had holes in. No washing up liquid, tee towel or dish cloth. No pegs. Washing machine was broken. The green felt around the pool had large holes in it. Sunbeds were dirty. Photos of the main bedroom lounge and kitchen are different to reality and they need updating on the web site. The villa is nice and quiet though. Very peaceful. But it just lacks a bit of money spending on it and tile replacement.

Fabulous Stay
Amazing spacious villa and pool, had a lovely, chilled stay in this fabulous villa with private pool for 2 weeks, shopping left on arrival and to taxi being booked for us on departure, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend and stay again.

Brilliant stay in Nazaret
I had flight issues and when I contacted the owner he was very accommodating. Chris met me at check and showed me around. The villa was a roomy Nazaret countryside house with lovely gardens. It was only a short stay but extremely pleasant. Thank you Chris for looking after me

Lovely pool!
Chris was really helpful and addressed our concerns straightaway. You will definitely need a car although the Italian restaurant down the road is lovely. The outside space round the pool is really pretty and the pool is clean and is heated .. . It would be useful to have some info in the villa on the surrounding area - best beaches, restaurants, doctors etc. Chris was always on hand if needed.

Holiday of a lifetime
Having a villa to ourselves was amazing , pure privacy and peace and quite , can’t recommend this property enough, everything you need is there , gardens and pool area with a great barbecue are excellent you will not want to travel out most nights , 10 min from costa teguise beach and bars , villa is set in a nice quite location but not a hassle getting to any part of the island from there , Chris . What a great bloke , nothing is to much trouble to him and is all ways at the end of the phone for you , staying at this villa is a must , once you get there you will know what I am talking about , pure privacy and relaxation from the start , will deffo be booking again for summer 2021 and prob Xmas again , as I said great villa and great host in Chris , Thanks Chris for making our holiday so speacial,

Great location for access to the whole island
The villa was a great size for the four of us with a good kitchen area and dining room. The beds were very firm which we found a bit uncomfortable and the general decor could do with a freshen up. The pool was a good size but a bit chilly as it was solar heated; this was not clear in the property description. We were met at the property by Chris who was close at hand for any problems without being invasive. The location of the villa was great. Being in the centre of the island meant easy access to all the attractions, most places being 30 minutes or so in any direction.

Lovely relaxing stay.
We had a great stay in this lovely villa. The booking process and communication throughout has been easy. We met Chris shortly after our arrival and he was very friendly and helpful. This continued throughout our stay. The villa has everything needed for a relaxing stay. It is centrally located and makes visiting the island a breeze. We would certainly return and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Wonderful outside space
We had a wonderful time. Such a bonus getting picked up and dropped off at the airport. Chis was very attentive and fixed all of or minor issues promptly, with a smile! We like quieter areas away from the buzz of tourists and Nazaret suited perfectly. A small supermarket, open from dawn till dark and the choice of eating on the cheap at the "social" 30 euros for 2 people or at Lagomar, posh but only 60 euros for 2 people was great. only 15 minutes drive to one of the best beaches in Spain. Lovely Villa on a fantastic island!
Villa had everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. You could get by without a car as the local shop has everything you need, but to explore the island you will really need one. Location gives easy access to everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Villa in Nazaret
Beautiful property and beautiful location. Charming village and very peaceful with lovely views. Excellent managers / owners of the property. The son Chris, who we dealt with, was both charming and most helpful for the 4 weeks we spent there. He could not do enough to accommodate us, especially the week with our grand children etc. etc. Highly recommended by us (as frequent travellers to the Canary islands for many years ,especially Lanzarote). Car hire is recommended and at a very reasonable rate.

The property situated in a small village was clean, tidy and very spacious with all the amenities.
Our party of four had a wonderful 12 day stay at the villa and would recommend it to anyone. Peter and his team were extremely helpful and courteous providing help and advice when ever we needed it. We hired a car though Peter, although not the newest of models, was clean and reliable. Peter picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of the holiday which was all included in the car hire price which was good value for the money. The villa suited our every need and very comfortable and the pool was very clean which we used most days. Peter made our stay carefree and through his quick response to any queries ensured we didn't miss out on anything. We would go back tomorrow if the opportunity arose.

What a great experience and a great location Lanzarote is. We were meant to be travelling to Sharm but with all flights being cancelled we were looking for some winter sun. From the moment we decided to book Peter was great. He immediately replied to my emails and was helpful in getting my essentials in (tea, coffee, bread and milk.) He organised our car hire for us saving us the hassle and then picked us up from the airport which saved us having to navigate to the villa ourselves. The villa is totally private not overlooked at all and the sun sets between the two mountains from pool side which is the perfect place to enjoy a cold beer! The location of the villa, set in a private street but near to all the great beaches and tourist spots. There is so much to do and see in Lanzarote whether you enjoy variety of beaches, walking, cycling or eating and drinking great local wine, a week is not long enough. We cant wait to return!

Une maison qui ne correspond en rien au descriptif. Nous avons été très déçus. Tout cela a fait l'objet d'une réclamation et d'une demande de remboursement. Cette demande est restée sans réponse.

I think your claim is without merit. The house is exactly as the photos show. The clients before and after gave 5 star reviews. You were not aware that I speak fluent french and overheard your conversation where you stated you thought the property was next to Costa Teguise rather than Teguise. I can do many things for my clients butoving a traditional canarian country property a few miles down the road is not one of them. I would also like to thank you for the absolute mess in which you left my property. I thought you were grownups, possibly looking at the state of the bathrooms on your departure a property with people who look after your most basic needs would be a good choice for your next holiday

Die Fotos stimmen NICHT mit den Fotos im Inserat überein!
Die Möbel sind verbraucht und in schlechtem Zustand. Nicht 1 Möbelstück stimmt mit den Fotos im Inserat überein! Es roch mufig im Haus. Beim "beheizten" Pool wurde erst nach unserer Rücksprache am 3. Tag die Heizung eingestellt. So konnte man diesen erst am 6. Tag benutzen am 7. Tag waren unsere Ferien vorbei! Zudem war er nicht gereinigt, einiges an Blätter und Dreck lag am Boden oder schwamm obenauf. Der Geschirrspüler hatte kein Salz und kein Klarspüler drinn. In der Küche gab es nur 1 kleines Geschirrtuch. Hantücher gab es auch in den beiden Bäder keines. Als wir am 4. Tag ins Haus kamen und duschen wollten, gab es kein Wasser - erst nach ca. 18 Stunden wieder. Wie wir erfuhren gibt es auf Lanzarote nie den ganzen Tag Wasser von der Wasserversorgung. Deshalb muss jedes Haus zusätzlich einen Wassertank haben, für den jeder Hausbesitzer selber besorgt sein muss dass der gefüllt ist damit 24 Stunden pro Tag Wasser verfügbar ist. Einziger Pluspunkt: Peter hat jeweils schnell auf unsere Mitteilungen reagiert. Auch durften wir am Abreisetag statt bis 11am bis 15pm bleiben. Trotzdem dieses Haus können wir leider nicht empfehlen. Wir würden es nie mehr mieten.

Séjour agréable malgré quelques déconvenues
Villa conforme au descriptif, pratique pour un court séjour familial; elle mériterait en effet un sacré raffraîchissement (comme dit dans un autre commentaire). Excellente réactivité du propriétaire pour les quelques déconvenues du séjour (eau verte dans la piscine à notre arrivée, cafards dans la cuisine en début de séjour, couverts en quantité insuffisante pour le nombre d'occupants, ampoules à changer, ...). L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans toute l'île

Schöne Inselzeit
Vom Haus aus kann man in alle Richtungen gut Ausflüge starten, Pizzeria und Supermarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Unsere Kinder haben es sehr genossen, in den Pool zu hüpfen, selbst wenn es schon recht windig war. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank vor allem an Chris, der für Rat und Tat immer erreichbar war.

Not sure that is true, she booked for 1 person and turned up with 8 people which is a breach of covid regulations. When I pointed this out to her she stated that unless i refunded her 100 percent she would leave me a bad review. She also complained that the pool was too cold so that she had a reason to put in the review, i checked the pool temperature in front of her and it was 28 degrees, which is certainly a heated pool. She was looking for a free holiday and was trying everything in her power to allow an illegal number of people to stay in my property

Maison conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons été bien reçu à notre arrivée. La localisation est idéale pour visiter toute l’île . La piscine était vraiment un plus pour profiter de nos fins de journée.

Perfect Stay
