Staff amazing. Very kind and attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Room very clean, cleaned to very high standard each day. Breakfast was lovely with a great view. Very well located near multiple metro lines. Would highly recommend. Was always lovely to come back to after long day out.

Nice room. Limited parking. Laundry is for the building’s permanent residents only. For the receptionist to check with staff that yes, rooms were clean/ready, and then tell me that I couldn’t check in until 3 pm anyway felt like a micro aggression.
