The room was very nice, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a restaurant and lounge, and free breakfast. I am sooo very pleased at our experience there! Can't wait to go back to this hotel! Really a fantastic experience!

The pool haf globs of hair in it, Tocken machine didnt work to use games, carpet is tearing away from tile floor, tub sas dirty, atm was out of order. Guy at front was nice but wasnt able to help us eith concerns. Only managers. Even when contacting corporate i have to wsit till the morning. We checked in at 4 and checked out at 7.

They called 2 hours before check in to tell us the pool and game room would be closed. They had a gate dividing the pool from gameroom area, but refused to buy a lock to secure the pool so they could open the gameroom. The hallways reaked of pot but complaints did nothing. The room was clean enough, but side of microwave was nasty and bathroon floor didnt look mopped. Guy who worked breakfast was very nice.

Nice place to stay!
The food was good and the pool was really nice! Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was clean and staff was nice!

Our room smelled like feet and the smell would only go away if we ran the fan. There was obvious dirt on the stairway. Breakfast was good.

The are some minor maintenance items that are over due - the shower curtain needed replacing, the hair dryer had one slow speed despite 3 settings to select from, and our view would have been nice but our window was so dirty we could barely see out of it. Overall our stay was fine, this is an older property and it’s really starting to show.

Not so clean
The pool and hot tub was wonderful and not packed! That was nice ! The room was ok but the carpet in the room was in need of a clean( we kept our shoes on until bed). Hair in the tub and was spots on all mirrors and windows. Also I have never stayed in a hotel with not top sheet only blanket with sheet on top! We flipped it over so we had a sheet but the next morning I seen NO clean blankets on the cart only sheets !! Last but not least as we walked outside to our vehicle so teenagers scared the cramp out of us as they caught the door and ran in as we were going out… was not the worst I have seen but they need to check the rooms better

Overnight stay
Excellent from beginning to end. Hallways and our room were very clean and smelled fresh. Very satisfied with the hotel and our stay. Would highly recommend.

Didn't like having to go on the other side of the building to get to our room. There was to many people standing by the outside door smoking pot the smell was terrible.

The property was ok it was the inside our room when we walked in was a little bit of a shock The floor had not been vacuumed very dusty, When I took this matter to the office they did not Apologize I had to ask them to please send someone to vacuum the floor. They did not even offer us another room. We are older folks in our mid 70 s and we had been traveling for a long time and we’re very tired.

Great all around place to bring the kids.
Just wanted a simple overnight stay for my granddaughter's birthday with a pool. The place is always clean, and the pool is beautiful, well kept, and warm. Great all around place!
