Great Location
Lovely Warm Welcome

Room Comfort, Perfect.
Restaurant - very accommodating and we could tell the staff loved what they do.
Breakfast was a little confusing as we got shown to a seat and left with no idea that we could help ourselves to the yogurts and fruit. Breakfast order was taken eventually so this is the only are i think the hotel could improve.

Property is located in central London. Close to Victoria station - 15 min walk and close to lots of significant historical buildings and places.
Arrived - staff were very welcoming. Had contacted hotel in advance and asked to be allocated a quiet room which they had done at back of building.
Hotel / room / bed were nice. Lovely welcome note from team which was nice.
Stayed for a work event so didn’t utilise bar or dining.
Good shower.
This overall is a good hotel. It’s safe and well located and great staff. I was however underwhelmed with it and the room based on cost and star ratings - carpet was stained and bathroom was small. But these are minor things.
Bed / bathroom clean.
Checkout was good.
I think I would try somewhere else next time. But if you have to be in the Victoria area then it’s a good shout.
