The property was nice overall. The menu was very limited on what you could order. I tried to order bacon, but they didn't have. No rum or other type m of mixed drink. Breakfast was free, but the serving was very, very small. Dinner was good the day before. The only issue I had after eating dinner was a mouse came out from the bench while i was sitting in a chair at the table. I informed the staff. He just looked and then left. He didn't try to find the mouse. This wont be a place I will stay at again.

I liked that it did have a decent size pool, a little rustic and could use some upgrades. None of the pool showers were working. I didn’t have high expectations to began with as a stop over for flight connection. It did have nice size fridge and cook top in room, so would be adaquate for small family on budget that wants to tour around Cebu.

The suite that I got was big and the breakfast was limited and NOT buffet style. The suite had a kitchen but NOTHING in the kitchen to use... no plates, no silverware, no frying pans and the refrigerator was completely empty. The table was big enough for several people to eat on. No grocery stores or any other type of stores in short walking distance, had to take a cab. Still the personnel were very nice and polite and helped you. The front desk is very small.Overall I would give this a 3 stars rating for a hotel. Would have gotten more if the kitchen was with everything you need to eat or if there were nearby stores to buy groceries or just do some shopping like in a mall unless you had your own car.

Very nice place,i got the suite with 2 bedroom. It just needed a little more cleaning. Some covers were broken as well. Overall sty was good,would recommend to my frieds and family.

It looks good in 📸 but the room is filthy. Dusts everywhere, smells moldy,sofa bed broken, kitchenette without utensils and stuffs to cook,dirty and discolored towels and linens. Don't waste your money and don't be deceived by the pictures shown in their website, looks too good to be true.

Staff are lovely! Pool was very dirty with bugs and noodles around the pool. Bathroom was gross… the bathtub was stained, the toilet always had water around it. It’s ok for a quick stay and as I said, the staff were so friendly and helpful! Love Filipinos and Philippines 🇵🇭 from 🇨🇦

A festering dump that smells like mold. Toilets and some lights did not work. AC barely worked and could not be adjusted. Broken window in bathroom. And this was still better than the first place we were offered.They would not switch us until I agreed to accept it as is without complaint. No housekeeping/towels entire visit. Had to call to have trash removed. Then I had to ask to get my security deposit back. They were just going to keep it and hope I forgot about it. Been staying here since 2008 but they'e lost my future business.

Please investigate this property. It is literally worst than motel 6 but they rated this hotel a 4 star when it should be a 2 star at best. I need a refund as the listing was inaccurate. Please message me back. It was the most deceiving thing I have ever seen. The establishment should not be operating in the condition it is in.

Nothing like the listing.
The hotel is very run down and nothing like the advert on hotles.com. almost all the service listed in the advert are unavailable such as. Pool, room service, bar, restaurant, cafe, and laundry. The hotel makes up for this with very pleasant staff and the room was large with good AC and nice layout. I do feel I overpaid as this isn't as advertised.

Some leftover rotten food from the last guests. In a very grim and bug infested cupboard.

Not safe .At the middle of the night a receptionist with another guy enter our room without informing us .She said they’re looking for white bag .Were very much scared.The whole hotel needs upgrade .Swimming pool and restaurant under renovation. I really don’t recommend this place .

I can tell at one time this was a very nice property but I would assume that Covid likely killed this place as it has many others…no restaurant or coffee cafe…the elevator did not go up on the day we checked in so we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs twice that day to leave the hotel…when we returned we were able to take the elevator back up to the eighth floor….the staff we encountered were all very nice….the room is large and clean with nice shower…the price is affordable and there are a few nice restaurants across the street from the hotel.

Misleading pictures and disappointing location
The area around the hotel was so bad that the staff told us not to walk to the nearby convenience store. Despite being right downtown, the only thing that was convenient was the 24x7 sounds of roosters. Room was in the old section of the hotel, from like the 1960's or so, but the pictures showed nearby newer buildings. This property needs a remodel/update pass.

Our experience was terrible. If you have a family I highly recommend finding a different hotel. Trying to use the swimming people while other patrons were conducting business was disgusting.

I have stayed there6 times before, never again, I was in 3 rooms in 4 days, the rooms were filthy, cocroaches in the rooms, bathroom and on the food in the dinning room , the girls on front desk didn’t care , all were to busy talking to o friends on their mobile phones to attend the customers at the front desk. And the dining room people after I complained about the food with cockroaches looked at the whole problem them walked away,,, problem to big to be worried about.

A pleasant surprise
Stayed at this hotel for the first time on a recommendation and only booked for one night. Walking into a renovated lobby I expected the rest of the hotel to be updated. Getting out of the elevator showed the floors need work. This lead me to expect a poor experience in the room. What a surprise! I walked in and found a room more than double the size of a normal hotel, big enough to easily fit a full size refrigerator. Then doors that open to a balcony with lots of sun, two large comfortable beds with very clean white sheets and an equally large bathroom. A hotel experience is often made by the service staff. With an extra large tub and bathroom I wanted extra clean attention and asked a room attendant if he could help. Instead of brushing off the request, Alphe immediately attended to the bathroom while happily singing away, showed me how to unlock the locked balcony doors then asked if he could do anything else for me. A convenience store was downstairs where I purchased milk, water and ice cream to store in the large refrigerator. At breakfast the chef made a good omelette. Apart from the state of the floor lobbies the only other negative was what looked like a drain in the middle of the room which I covered over with luggage. A rug or mat would have been better. A large room with lots of sun, big clean comfy bed and Alphe’s attention resulted in me staying an extra two nights.
