"Shanghai-La always live up to their reputation…5-star hotel that treats their guest with a 7-star service. Best experience ever and in Cebu, need to make sure you are in The Ocean Wing, premium - upper floors side…love the views. Staff are well trained, courteous and have a lot of patience. Thanks for keeping the grounds manicured and branded like all other Shanghai-La. I am one of those customers that appreciate a well maintained amenities, it means the GM is the right person for the job!!"
