Stylish one-bedroom ground floor apartment within walking distance of the beach and the renowned Nardini's Ice Cream Parlour. Free on street parking, secure entry system and all on one level, our apartment offers open plan living/fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom with ensuite WC, sofa bed in the bay windowed lounge and family shower room. The property also benefits from Sky Stream, Netflix and an Amazon Echo Dot. Largs offers a great range of leisure activities, with two golf courses and a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.  
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
