"Beautiful property and great location in the city. There are a number of things that need to be fixed or added. The shower curtain rod in the second bathroom needs to be fixed. There are tiles on the side of the counter top that are falling off. There is no electric kettle for brewing coffee and tea. The rooftop was not setup like it shows in the picture. These are small things but surprising for such a beautiful property. "

"One of the best views of the area. Convenient to walk into town- less than 10 minutes. Remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Only one type of soap available. Breakfast is adequate. it is our fifth stay at the Villa and we always enjoy it."

"The Parador in Los Arcos is very clean and well maintained. Our room had a terrific view of the Cathedral and the surrounding valley. Ask for this, however, as most rooms could not have had this view. Our biggest concern was accessing the hotel. No parking is available at the hotel which recommended a public garage about a half a mile away, at the bottom of the hill. The streets are extremely narrow and taxi's are likewise difficult to find. Arriving and leaving the hotel with luggage was an adventure."
