"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. "Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel."

"The Parador in Los Arcos is very clean and well maintained. Our room had a terrific view of the Cathedral and the surrounding valley. Ask for this, however, as most rooms could not have had this view. Our biggest concern was accessing the hotel. No parking is available at the hotel which recommended a public garage about a half a mile away, at the bottom of the hill. The streets are extremely narrow and taxi's are likewise difficult to find. Arriving and leaving the hotel with luggage was an adventure."
