"Stayed for one night in this Morrocan style designed hotel. The staff was very friendly, and unlike in many other hotels in the Andalucia, the owner spoke perfect english. There was no space outside the hotel to park our car but there's an underground car park around the corner where you can leave your car for a discounted price. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The old town was within a walking distance from the hotel."

"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. Loads of cafe/bars just outside that are open for breakfast if you want more substantial breakfast. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with good amenities and everything we needed for our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent central location. You literally step out of the hotel door and you are right in the centre of everything you need as a visitor to Jerez. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and many of the main sightseeing attractions are all within easy walking distance, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city without needing transport. We had a wonderful time in Jerez and found the hotel extremely convenient for sightseeing, eating out and simply enjoying the atmosphere of the city centre. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Jerez and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable and very centrally located hotel."

"The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
