"Lovely hotel with a fantastic aspect. Staff were exceptional and very friendly, Juan was a gem and could speak English. The room was spacious but not a lot of storage so had to live out a suitcase. Airconditioning decided to stop sending out cold air on the second last day. But weather was a little bit cooler only about 32. Swimming pool was lovely to jump into after travelling around. The restaurant had a nice breakfast not huge but nice and the evening meal was very Spanish some lovely dishes...

"For the price, you could not go wrong. It was cleanthe host was very amicable. There are also couple of restaurants just outside the property, which was very convenient. We only spend one night on our way from Caminito del Rey, so after a long hard day, this place was more than perfect. Will definitely recommend it for a short stay. "

"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle. "We were totally at home here on our 11 night stay . Room 28 little balcony with views to the countryside . Great cleanliness the only drawback was the bed a bit uncomfortable and sheets not quite big enough but nothing major . Shame the excellent restaurant was closed during our stay . "This could be the best hotel we have ever stayed in!!! We arrived after a catastrophic journey from Gibraltar and the weight was instantly taken off us! As soon as we walked though the door, the bags were taken by the concierge and taken up to the room for us. We were greeted with ice cold lemon water a made to feel right at home. The hotel is stunning and our room was nothing short of spectacular. After traveling for a while all we needed was a drink and some food and it was divine. Even a simple dish like chicken and chips blew us away and the stress of traveling instantly left us. The beer was crisp, the food was lovely! We had never experienced a turn down service before so it was a lovely surprise and the complimentary teddy bear comes everywhere with us. Can’t put into words how good this hotel is…we truly believe it is the best hotel IN THE WORLD!!!"
