"Place was great. Super clean room, but I am being honest by saying they messed up the bedding. They put bedding with a horrible smell, like the sheets were in storage for years. I went to front office and they took care of it right away, big thumbs up on that fast service. I walked all over from hotel and it was convenient and safe. I will stay there again. "the place is nice and rooms are good. we had an incident with the restroom and the way it was handled was a bit concerning. we should have been offered another room to move to.iwas for one night so we didnt say anything. The music coming from the building next to us was all night hard to sleep. pool was closed would have been great to know before booking."

"It was overall okay, but very run down. One day we came back after a long, exhausting day in the sun to find a note under our door saying there was no hot water due to repairs. That would have been fine, but I got in the shower and there was no water at all. I understand repairs need to be done but I would have appreciated advanced warning. Also the shower curtain wasn't long enough so our floor was flooded after every shower. And our refrigerator didn't work. There just seemed to be one inconvenience after another. The staff was friendly though."
