"Only run one ferry an hour to get to beach. Very inconvenient and wastes precious vacation time waiting for ferry. Also difficult with small kids when you need to be able to access your room quickly. Also wouldn't let my son ride waterslide with an adult because he was under the height requirement. Very disappointing for him. Bathroom in room was dirty. Blood splatters were on the wall next to the toilet. Very gross."

There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. "

"Across the street from the beach. They had a cooler, chairs, and towels for the beach. We did not take the beach ball. Very happy to have a kitchen to use. Well appointed for just two of us. There was a trick to the hot water for the shower, that we solved after a quick text exchange with the manager. It was a good stay!"

"We had an outstanding stay in Fajardo, about an hour east of San Juan, and this spot truly delivered on everything we were looking for in a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, just about 100 feet from Seven Seas Beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, and excursion pickups. It made everything incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family.The property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was fantastic, very responsive and attentive, replying within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. That level of communication really enhanced the overall experience.One of the highlights was how accessible everything was. We could easily walk to nearby reserves and sightseeing areas, making it simple to explore without constantly needing a car. It’s truly an ideal setup for a family getaway.There are a couple of minor drawbacks to be aware of. The road in front of the complex can be quite busy, and cars tend to drive fast, so extra caution is needed when crossing, especially with kids. It has a pool, but much smaller the expected. Also, while Seven Seas Beach is beautiful, there was a noticeable amount of aquatic weed growth, which limited the snorkeling experience.Overall, this is an amazing location for a family vacation, and we would absolutely consider staying here again."
