"This location is perfect, owners texted us everything we needed before we arrived even sent pictures of gate and where to park, beach is a few steps away and in the morning we had the entire beach to ourself, highly recommended staying here. "

"We had an outstanding stay in Fajardo, about an hour east of San Juan, and this spot truly delivered on everything we were looking for in a family vacation. The location is unbeatable, just about 100 feet from Seven Seas Beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, activities, and excursion pickups. It made everything incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with family.The property itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The host was fantastic, very responsive and attentive, replying within minutes whenever we had a question or needed anything. That level of communication really enhanced the overall experience.One of the highlights was how accessible everything was. We could easily walk to nearby reserves and sightseeing areas, making it simple to explore without constantly needing a car. It’s truly an ideal setup for a family getaway.There are a couple of minor drawbacks to be aware of. The road in front of the complex can be quite busy, and cars tend to drive fast, so extra caution is needed when crossing, especially with kids. It has a pool, but much smaller the expected. Also, while Seven Seas Beach is beautiful, there was a noticeable amount of aquatic weed growth, which limited the snorkeling experience.Overall, this is an amazing location for a family vacation, and we would absolutely consider staying here again."

"The condo was beautiful. Cleanest place we ever stayed. Wonderful view to wake up to and have our coffee. Mike and Ivelise were excellent hosts. Very responsive to any situations that arose. We feel like we have 2 new friends in Puerto Rico. "

"The house is lovely. It is an easy walk down to the beach, and there are plenty of chairs and beach gear for your needs. The house was very clean when we arrived, and the kitchen had just the right amount of pots and pans to make breakfast or a small dinner. There is a restaurant close by that has amazing food, too, if you don’t feel like cooking. This is our second time staying at the house for Spring Break, and I love it so much that I plan on coming back again. "

"Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. "

"Apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with property owner was great responses within minutes. The kitchen only has coffee maker, microwave and fridge. No cooking. Good location to beach . Was a great place to stay."

"Our family had an amazing trip to Fajardo and this may have been the best condo with the best location in the area. The kids loved the private pool (along with the community pool). I loved being right across from the beaches for morning walks. The rooftop was the best for dessert and sunsets. We also loved being right by the bioluminescent bay, a short drive to the rainforest and Luquillo and not too far from Old San Juan and the airport. Would be thrilled to stay here again. "
