This was the most unpleasant check-in experience I’ve ever had. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and understood that rooms might not be ready, but I was told I’d have to pay over $200 for early check-in. I decided to wait instead. When I finally checked in, I mentioned a message I had received from the hotel, and the front desk agent mocked me for it — incredibly rude. The room has no view and not clean. I don’t understand how come many visitors left decent reviews. I would never recommend or return to this hotel.

the only issue we had was knowing how to open the door, had to contact host for video to be sent, i think the host should send the video prior to check in to avoid that type of issue again otherwise everything else was great!
