I present our new studio located on Las Canteras beach, perfect for enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay on the island. This studio is ideal for two people and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.The accommodation has a living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a main room with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and all the necessary amenities. It also offers a Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchenware, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, among others.The parking lot of the building has two floors and 8 parking spaces.There are two parking spaces on the street level and a vehicle lift to access floor -1 where there are 6 more parking spaces.The building is newly built and is in a central location, just a few steps from Las Canteras Beach. In addition, it is close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, pharmacies and transportation services, which makes it very comfortable and easy to move around the city. Although, if you wish, you can also opt for the private parking service, subject to availability, prices are half of what they cost in the areawhich, you must reserve in advance.The accommodation is perfect for those looking to enjoy everything that the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has to offer, including Las Arenas shopping centre, El Muelle shopping centre, El Corte Inglés, Alfredo Krauss Auditorium, Parque de Santa Catalina, the Elder Science Museum, and the bus station just 3 minutes away.In summary, our studio is the perfect choice if you want a comfortable and relaxing stay on the island.
