The room and the resort were fantastic, but the staff needs more hospitality training. Check-in was not very organized, and it took a lot of time. I felt like I had to go through a loophole for most things. Despite that, the resort had an amazing ambiance and was great overall.

My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but ...
