I did not expect the hotel to be this large! Prepare for lots of walking just on the compound itself. We stayed in Octavia which seemed to be in a good spot relative to everything else. Dining options was excellent, bar areas was great. Vicinity to the strip was amazing! Forum shops mall surpassed my expectations. If I had to visit Las Vegas once more I would however book another hotel because Caesars was a bit overwhelming for me additionally I expected more room amenities for the per night cost.

We had a bad experience. We went to an event which took palce there and we were tired the night before and we didn’t want to wake up early on monday . But an annoying drilling sound woke us up . It was so loud . The hotel told us later on that they were doing renovations, but the thing is that nobody told us anything about it , otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed there . It was a bad experience!

HORRIBLE check-in experience. The line was so long and you are not able to do express check-in even though we were sent an e-mail that said we could. We got a good rate on this hotel but they nickel and dime you for everything - early check-in, coffee in room, outrageous parking fee and pool drinks. With all the choices to stay at on the strip, I will not be going back here.

They didn’t give us the rooms that we booked (two king bed rooms), instead they gave us one 2 queen bedroom, and the other room they said was upgraded, which was also two queen beds, in addition to it being for handicapped. The theater and wear on the rooms were a lot, and rooms were not clean at all. It’s a disaster of an experience, never staying here again.

The elevators not working, a caos to get to the room, they stole the money from the room and still investigating and nothing resolve, working with a hammer all day by the room, loved the Ceasars but this time was extremely bad, at check out trying to talk to the staff and they were in a hurry and just said do a complaint, well this time it was bad.

The room was extremely dirty; the bathroom had stains that could be cleaned, a chair had to be replaced due to its dirtiness, and next to the couch, we discovered a massive hairball almost the size of my hand. Additionally, the TV speaker was malfunctioning. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was directed to chat with a bot, which proved unhelpful. Upon descending to the lobby, I encountered a line of 40 people and was informed I would need to wait. Frustrated, I decided to leave the hotel and booked accommodations elsewhere for the night, resulting in the loss of my money.

We had a small issue with our room it wasn’t huge but was an issue for the tier of room we had when checked out they removed 2 of the resort fees they made it right. We will for sure stay there again

Bring your own k-cups. $500/night but if you want to use the Keurig in the room you’ll have to call for the k-cups at a cost of $24! Parking is not as stated and I was not given the guest price even though I asked customer service at check in and out. Learned there was an app with a map upon leaving - the check in line was outrageous and they gave us zero information including check out time.I learned AFTER I left they also offer EV charging with valet while at the EV chargers from a local who happened to be charging his car. I won’t be staying here again. However, the colloseum concert facility was fabulous! Great sound. I was in the 10th row so can’t speak to the visibility from all seats but it’s intimate enough a facility I can’t imagine a bad seat in the house

The garbage left in my shower and the food left in the mini fridge (along with the stains all over the curtains (?!) and sitting area) made me deeply question if the room was properly cleaned. Hassle getting to and from room as signage wasn't super clear.

The hotel room was looking old and a bit dingy. Some of the staff (other the the check in and out girls) were less than friendly. One bartender got pretty angry at me because I had my baby with me in the pool bar area trying to get food. There were no signs excluding minors. Then it was a big inconvenience for him to get a pre made sandwich. Other than that, it was a good stay. Would just like to see some updating of the rooms

There was a sewer backup into the shower, toilet, bathroom and into the bedroom. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was the unwillingness of the hotel to give us a different room. They gave us a food voucher and wanted to send someone to clean the room. Mind you the sewage problem had not been repaired. It took several phone calls to very rude staff, 2 visits to the front desk and 2 managers to finally get a different room. This is not a props would visit again. There are so many better hotels with great staff and management.

I loved the facility. The room I upgraded to was fantastic. I wasn’t pleased with the casino floor. I’m not a whale by any means but couldn’t even get a bottle of water. Asked multiple times and I nvr changed machines and still didn’t get any water. I don’t drink alcohol. They were more than willing to bring me alcohol.

This is not the Ceasers of old, stayed here twice before this time. The rooms were in better condition than now, we stayed in the Octavious tower and although the room was clean, the paintwork was in dissaray , small tv. No complimentary coffee, you buy a box of 4 pods at the mini bar 16 dollars, what!!!. The shower had poor power and the free shampoo etc was miniscule. The room service is poor, we had no maid for 3 days, and when i called, the housekeeping liasion was very rude, they did finally come on day 4 of our stay. The hotel is very expensive and no comps. Apart from free drinks when gambling ( if your lucky). Cocktails are 20 dollars and up, beer 12. We had basicaly fast food with a fancy name and it was 50 dollars for 2 hambugers fries and one drink. Vegas strip has gone insane with prices and i probably will not visit again. I give the hotel 3 stars and that is generous,if we do go back it wont be to Ceasers, kind of sad..
