Cutest little room!

We had an awesome stay! They made it so easy for my mom and I. Plus I have a toddler so it was a win that it’s wasn’t a huge place. Lots of doors for privacy. And super comfortable beds!

Wonderful place to stay.

This was a perfect place for me and my girlfriend to stay at for our weekend at the Billy Joel Concert. Angela was a terrific host and the unit was very clean. The beds are great, low to the ground, and comfortable. Very cozy, shampoo and body wash was provided. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and Easy rental

Overall, we had no issues with our stay. The studio was clean and charming once inside. Location was not as close as we had in mind for our needs, but still fine. House on a busy street in an older neighborhood-but for an easy in and out stay, I would recommend.

Comfortable and very clean! Kitchen not practical for meal prep. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. It is located off of a busy street. Property manager very efficient and accessible.

Quick Zip through Vegas

Property was accurate to listing, very clean and exactly what we needed for an overnight in Vegas. The only discomfort was a dog on the main property or next door that barked at 6AM. Overall a good, simple place to stay that covers all basic needs 👍

Comfy launchpad

My partner and our friends enjoyed this pace so much! The beds were some of the comfiest I’ve experienced at a rental and the place was spotless when we arrived. Conveniently located to explore Red Rocks and the strip wasn't far either. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Angela has gone the extra mile to ensure that guests have exceedingly clean and comfortable accommodations. Her frequent messages were very welcome and helpful. For 1-2 budget-conscious people this is an excellent first choice.

Vegas get away!

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was so easy to find. It was prefect for me and my mom as well as our two dogs. Had a gate that closed so our dogs were able to run in the little area. The host was so kind and always got back to my messages. Nice to be off the strip and hustle and bustle but it was so close to the free way so made it easy to get around! When we come back we would for sure stay there again!

Las Vegas one night stop with dogs

Very clean, very easy check in, Angela communicated quickly to our questions. Small area for dogs. We traveled from Scottsdale AZ to Reno NV needed a place that accepted dogs. Hotels do not work for us as the dogs bark all night. This VRBO worked exceptionally well for that purpose. It is bare bones and location was right off a thru road. Owner allowed us to park in the drive.

Affordable and Convenient

Everything was good! The area and unit were quiet and clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooking plate. There were basic dishes and flatware. A Keurig which worked great for morning coffee. Communication with the owner was flawless. The private entrance was nice with motion sensor lighting to help at night. Location was close to many stores.
