Our stay during the first week of April was great! The guesthouse is a perfect place to stay if you don’t want to be right on the strip. The property is close to shopping, restaurants, and anything you might need - but still close enough to get to the strip for shows, shopping or touristy ventures.

I Bursts this place for a weekend getaway. Check-in was very smooth and the owner was very attentive to any questions as they came up. It is small, but it did accommodate my family well. The pool is great, but was a little cold for this time of the year. Overall, we had a great time.

Quaint, cozy and relaxing!

Instead of staying in a hotel for this work week I opted this location and I was not disappointed! Super close to everything and in a quiet location. Very clean, convenient parking, private access plus a pool to just soak the day away or hang out under the lights. Although everything was well covered, the owner was super easy to contact and quickly answered questions.

Las Vegas Weekend

Took my Brother for a bonding weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The unit was easily accessed and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed. The Host was friendly and always available. The gazebo and pool area were excellent for relaxing. There were local restaurants within 5 miles that were delicious and inexpensive. The Strip was just a short ride away. If you want a stay that is off the strip where you can relax and enjoy time together, we definitely recommend.

My husband and I spent four nights here. We enjoyed our time here. Our plane landed late so it was difficult to find the house in the dark. I didn’t realize it is a duplex so there was another car in the driveway, the tvs were left on so we thought someone was in house already, but it was left on a fireplace mode. Overall the place was clean and nice for a couple to stay close to the strip. I would not try to have more than two adults as it is just a futon with trundle in living area.

Disappointed with vrbo not the property owner!!

Owner was great worked with me in getting partial (very understanding) refund as the pool is not private you do share with the neighbors. But part of the insurance I purchased vrbo was supposed to help me find another place to stay and they did whole lot of nothing not going to use Vrbo ever again!!!! Disappointed

Smaller than expected, very loud street.

The rental looked promising with a pool and sleeping 6 but it was extremely small and sleeping 4 is a stretch. The bed in the living room was broken, we weren’t provided with enough bedding so we had to ask for more which was promptly delivered but that bedding was half sketchy. Holes and stains on one of the comforters. At first glance it seemed clean but when you’re relaxing you realize how dirty it actually is. The vents need cleaned the floor needs scrubbed, the pool wasn’t heated which is fine but it was dirty. I dont Want to get in dirty ice water. The neighborhood is extremely loud which makes sleeping hard, the bedroom is super bright because there are no curtains. I can see they tried but I wouldnt Stay here again or recommend it.

It was alright.

It was okay. The neighborhood was quiet enough for being close to a busy street. It would have been nice to have regular tv. Being a little older I just like to turn in the tv and watch network television and the news .
