3 bedroom, 2 bath house with central AC & heating, optimized for hosting groups. 2 full air mattresses available for additional guests, along with host staples such as a covered patio, BBQ, bonfire surrounded by patio couches, lots of cookware (including a hibachi grill that fits on the table) & seating, 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. The house is located by beautiful Red Rocks but also right by the 215 which brings you to the Vegas strip in 15 minutes.
