100% will stay here again! Great location that is centrally located to attractions and the strip. The pool and hot tub were a treat for our December stay. The pool was having maintenance the first day so the cold water made the hot tub even more enjoyable. The condo itself was very clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the linens were soft. The kitchen is well stocked, including some spices and herbs. The laundry room was also well stocked and included laundry baskets. The security staff are great and added an extra layer of peace of mind for our late night returns to the facility. The host is amazing! The communication before and during our stay was exceptional.

Great location beautiful condo

The condo was amazing for our family of six. It had everything even a stocked kitchen cabinet. Host Nicholas was very accommodating with all of my questions. The location was wonderful. Close to the airport, strip and within walking distance to Gold Coast, Rio and a Walgreens. The complex had two pools to choose from. I highly recommend this location.

Nice quiet spot for a bigger group to stay close to the strip

Our group of friends doing a few nights in Vegas really enjoyed out stay here. The place was clean and spacious and well stocked, and use of the heated pool was a bonus. 20 mins cab to the airport and 10 to the Strip. Could also just walk across the road to the Rio and Golden Nugget. Lots of food and basic grocery options nearby. Nicholas was quick to answer any questions we had. Would happily come back.

The property was located in a gated community, and exactly as described. We needed assistance from the owner to access the main TV, and he came over promptly to get it sorted. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo close to the strip

This condo has alot more the advertised. Nicholas is a great host. He responded quickly to every email or text I sent. This condo has very comfortable beds, enough supplies and towels for everyone. The coffee pot is awesome. It takes pods and is a regular coffee maker. I will definitely stay here again.

Great for family

The property was the perfect set up for our family time. We booked it expecting to have a great time with our Dad In celebration of completed chemo treatments but instead found ourselves spending family time remembering how much fun our dad was! He unexpectedly passed away 3 weeks prior to the trip. This property gave us the luxury and comfort of spending time together during a difficult time. The owner went out of his way to accommodate a special request for us as well.

We had 4 adults and needed a place to stay during a trade show. It was really clean and quiet which was great after long days. We had some unusual circumstances which we reached out to the owner for. He was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us though he did not need to. We will definitely be looking this up again for future trade show weeks.

Nice Condo Close to strip (but not too close)

It worked out nice for us since it was ground level. We had to rent an electric scooter which would not have worked on an upper level. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Owner was very responsive for questions and a few minor glitches. Location was great - close to strip, but not too close. It is located in a quiet complex. Worked out great for a small family reunion.

Great condo, right off the strip

Property was nice and as advertised. Location was fantastic; located 5 minute drive from the Bellagio. Comfortable rooms, safe (gated community with security guard), and a nice little pool/hot tub on site. Only complaint was that we ran out of hot water every night cycling 5 of us through the shower. There’s probably enough hot water for 3 showers…then it needs time to reheat. You’ve been warned!!!! :-)

As advertised, excellent spot.

The spot was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a group of five adults, two couples and one solo individual so 3 rooms were perfect. There are a few walkable spots close by including the Rio and the Palms, a cool little 24 hour Bar (Wahoo), Dennys and a 24 hour Walgreens. The condo was clean and Nicholas was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Because they were five of us we had to use an UberXL for everywhere we went. To and from the airport was just under $50 and most locations to the middle of the strip were about $20 to $25. We would definitely consider staying here in the future with no hesitation.

Easy bus to strip with kitchen!

We had a great stay here. Kitchen had pots and pans plus cooking utensils and knives. This was very useful for us, as we have complex dietary challenges. Couches were very comfy, with plenty of seating for all of us. Beds were comfortable, with extra pillows available in the closets. Bright lights outside window were well blocked by the blinds. TVs in living room and most (all?) bedrooms. Occasional noise from neighbors or pool, but generally not an issue. Washing detergent included All Free and Clear, which was a big help as I am fragrance-sensitive. I can bring my own hand soap on the plane, but not my own detergent! (Of course the strip is full of fragrances, but being able to retire somewhere low-fragrance is really helpful)The bus stop to get to the strip was a leisurely ten minute walk from the apartment, and the bus stop to the International district was a five minute walk. There was plenty of parking available as well, and we did rent a car for the second half of our trip. We were consistently able to park right next to our building.For anyone else visiting with teens / preteens: We loved visiting Omega Mart - but go early during school breaks and get the portal pass so you can leave if it gets crowded and try again on another day. The LINQ Flyover was really fun, and definitely catch the Bellagio fountain show both during the day and the night! If you have a car, driving the scenic loop around Red Rock is gorgeous.
