A 956 sqft casita nestled inFrenchman`s Mt. Foothills with wild life. Tranquil city views below offers a perfect place to relax & unwind. Kitchen is a fully appointed(no oven), computer/desk area. King bed with shower & tub. Don`t forget the outstanding outdoor areas to chill w beautiful desert landscaping. Great hiking 2 blocks away. 14 minutes downtown, 26 to the strip& 15 to Lake Mead. Gym & indoor/outdoor pools 3 miles away($3 each). Lease and ID required. 2 guests max Thanks for booking.I NEED MORE! Must be 25 to book. 2 person limit and we are sorry no children. Quiet hours 9pm-10am. No parties or events. Put out trash Wednesday evening. They go early Thursday. The floors can only be cleaned with equal white vinegar and water. No flushing feminine products. Clean stove and grills. Ac not below 75 degrees. Enough rules come and have fun!!
