Nice house, very clean and comfortable. Had all the normal stuff you would hope for in any house, a nicely maintained back yard with a beautiful clean pool, a pergola with a table and plenty of seating, and 4 lounge chairs. Inside the living room had lots of comfortable seating, dining table, family room with a fooseball game. Plenty of clean linens and beds and pillows were comfortable. Artur, the host, was timely with any communications and instructions. He was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this house for a fairly quiet stay close enough to but well off the Strip.

My daughter’s weekend in Vegas!

Exceed our expectations! Great house and great host! Beautiful pool! Close to several parks so my morning jogs were great! We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, quite place close to The Strip

Clean, quiet and well stocked - the coffee station and water bottles were a welcome surprise. My family of 4 stayed over Easter weekend 2025 and enjoyed being close to strip but in a quiet neighborhood. The host answered our questions quickly- great communication.

Roomy, family friendly house

Plenty of room. Well equipped. Very nice pool and lots of outdoor seating including shaded table for six. Artur is very responsive.

A fantastic three night stay with my family

The property is perfect for my family of five, made us feel like at home. The Location is great and neighborhood is safe and quiet. It’s squeaky clean and equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Perfect off the Strip Experience

Group of 60 girl trip to go see the Eagles at the Sphere. House was comfortable, good location to get to shopping, arts district and great restaurants. Artur was responsive and easy to deal with. Pool and back yard was nice.

Perfect for a family

We loved the place… we love Vegas strip but we also enjoyed close by Red Rocks hikes. The place was perfectly located to access both and relax afterwards. Clean and quiet, spacious and just right!

Nice home for the weekend

We were in town for a concert and didn’t want to stay on The Strip. Home was a nice place for old friends to hang by the pool and catch up. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. Would stay again.

Great work retreat

Place was beautiful. Appreciated the fresh flowers left. Too cool to use the pool when there but did enjoy the outdoor space. Was great place to relax after work while in town.
