  • Nestled in Las Vegas, this delightful quiet studio boasts a marvelous living room with a comfy king bed. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and toiletries for your convenience. With amenities like a smart TV, washing machine, AC, heating, and free WiFi, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Free street parking and if a vehicle is needed, it can be rented if advance notice is given.

    This studio is in the center of EVERYTHING that is pretty much walking distance; Walmart, CVS, KFC, outlet shopping malls comprised of Best Buy, Burlington and Ross.
    It's 5 min from the freeway on ramp, there are 3 hospitals within 5 miles.
    12 min from downtown, Las Vegas
    15 min from the main strip
    20 min from the airport

    There are also many family attractions around the area as well such as: The go cart racing track with some carnival rides and an arcade, Chuck E Cheese, batting cages, sky jump trampoline and a movie theater a few blocks away!

    There will be SO MANY things to do, you'll only come back to shower and sleep.
