Clean, convenient and homey place in Las Vegas

The property is very clean and well stuffed. We found everything we need in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to grocery stores. The owners is very responsive with communications. Internet is fast. We will rent it again if we go to Las Vegas in the future.

Graduation

Family in town to celebrate my nephews high school graduation. Property was very clean and had a nice layout. Bags of ice was a nice touch and air conditioner worked well for that Vegas heat. Comfortable community feel, no security concerns. Almost everything was less than a 15 minute drive via Strip, food, shopping, etc. Simple house rules, check in and out was a breeze. My family enjoyed their stay.

Great location for our family vacation. We used this to visit Valley Of Fire State Park and Hoover Dam prior to heading to Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Great location, close to strip and local shopping. Perfect if you want to enjoy the strip but have a peaceful night sleep after. Hustle and bustle of vegas.

My wife, brother, niece and I stayed here for four nights. The home was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. There were two minor issues with kitchen appliances, and each time we contacted the host about them we received prompt help. Not sure I would call the place “modern.”

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved this home and the property owner. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if we come into town again.

Such a great home

Stayed here with with our 3 adult children and their spouses while coming for the Vegas and Roll Marathon. The house was perfect for 4 couples and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Generous with towels, cooking supplies, and just everything. Home layout was great - dining area was privateAnd perfect for meals and those needing a quiet place to work. Thanks for hosting us..we would definitely come back again.

Had a wonderful stay here for our nephew's wedding. House was spotless, beds were comfortable, neighbors were friendly. They even invited us to join them one night for a BBQ. Would stay there again.

Excellent stay.

Very clean property, owner very friendly and let us check in more than 2hours early, communication was great. This property is within 5 min drive to Vegas strip. Quite neighborhood and garage available. I highly recommend this property and I will stay again in the future. Thank you owner for the warm hospitality.

Great little house with excellent access to the city

The owner has obviously put some thoughtful effort into making an older property comfortable. We were happy to find a clean if quirky structure. There's even a rice cooker in the kitchen! We did not have any uncomfortable feelings with the condition, appearance, or smell of the home. We are so grateful for how comfortable this made our stay.

Great geographic location.

Nice, clean, pretty large property. Centrally located for our purposes ( playing golf). So it worked out great. Great backyard for relaxing after a busy day.

Did not disappoint

Located directly in front of a school, the street was surprisingly quiet. Home was very beautiful and actually felt like home. Location was 2 -3 minutes from all the food or shopping you could need or want. Gas around the block was 2.99 a gallon. I'm from Los Angeles area and we are 5.15 per gallon, so whoa. Our stay was 5 days this time. Next time it'll be 14 days. Thank You - Thank You - Thank You
