There were a number of problems with the wi fi and television. Many of the lamps and other items were non functional or not plugged in. Simple things like dish soap and hand soap weren't provided.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed an overwhelming smell of urine on the front porch. The sofas had black covers on that didnt look clean. The bedframe in the main room was broken. We had to prop up the mattress using 2x6 boards we found in the garage. We needed additional sheets, but there werent any. Upstairs bath was missing a towel rack. Other than that, it was as advertised, but we expected more.

Not a great place

For the price, we are very disappointed in the property. Here is the list of issues -- we were there for a quick trip so we didn't have time to contact the owner with this list.Poorly renovated apartmentCeiling panel missing in kitchenToilet seat broken in downstairs bathroomNo hot water in downstairs bathroom sinkNo bath matsKitchen -- no paper towels/napkins, no sharp knives, coffee maker didn't work, no soap for dishwasher, very little dish soapBathrooms - no hand soapBedrooms -- ceiling fan did not work when light was off, beds (boxsprings and mattresses) seemed to be very oldStaircase -- broken stair tread (the owner tried to fix but loose)Location -- very sketchy

Worst part of Our Vegas Vacation...

I hate the idea of writing a poor review, but if it helps some other family make a different choice or have a better understanding of what they are getting...it will be worth it.- No Check In or Check out communication with Property owner. Our plane landed and still hadnt heard ANYTHING. I had called & messaged and still nothing. I had to get VRBO customer service involved just to get a response on how to access the property. Check out was the same. No instructions. - Pictures of property are nice, but strategically taken. Remodel is mediocre at best. LOTS of unfinished parts, exposed wires, and sub par effort. Neighborhood is not great and outside area is a shame. Only provided one broken chair as patio furniture. Garage unfinished. - They stocked the place with a half role of toilet paper. The coffee maker didnt work. All appliances and bedroom lights were unplugged and we needed to move the beds and furniture to plug stuff in to us use.- ARE VEHICLE GOT TOWED FROM THE PROPERTY!!! We parked where we were told to park and our vehicle got towed costing us 300 and a bunch of time and stress. Small garage is available but is completely unfinished. Big enough to possibly fit a compact car, but our SUV couldnt fit. I guess our wheel was a few inches over the fire lane parking area. No tolerance. Towed! No warning. Had to call all over town to find our vehicle. We stay at VRBO properties all the time, Never had a property like this. Poor communication. Sub Par Remodel.
