Relax with family or friends at this cozy 1530 sf, one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a peaceful neighborhood. The house is located very close to Fwy 95, and it’s about 10min to the strip and 20min to the airport. Shopping centers and grocery stores are at walking distance. You can also enjoy some grilling on a neat and fully paved backyard. Garage was converted into a game room, therefore cars park in the front driveway with plenty of space. If you feel like exploring the outdoors, you can visit Red Rock Canyon for a 25min drive.

Cozy and clean

We loved the faux fireplace, the coffee area, pool table and the beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Great stay!

True to pictures

The pictures did not lie. The place was very nice and easy to find and get into. The host was accommodating when my out-of-town family got in earlier than planned and we asked for an early check in. She responded quickly to the few questions I had during our stay.

Better than a hotel room

Girls trip to Vegas and wanted the comfort of a home rather than hotel room. Appreciated the amenities at this property. Coffee machine with coffee was so nice!!! Was a little apprehensive driving as we approached the property, buildings across the street seemed a bit run down and I was concerned but we turned the corner and found this neighborhood to be perfectly acceptable. Good find for an off strip group or family stay.

Vegas Get away

The home was in a modest and quiet neighborhood. The owners were very responsive to our needs and we really relaxed in the home. We were attending a wedding nearby and the family was able to enjoy their stay.

So me and my team came in from LA to play at a LGBT huge tournament for the weekend host was definitely great on communication accommodated my team of eight comfortably. Overall, the stay was beautiful. I would definitely book again.

The property was well kept, welcoming, and easy to find. Communication from the owner was great! The check in and out processes were easy. Everyone in our group had plenty of room for belongings and to relax. The beds were also very comfortable. I would certainly stay again!
