Gorgeous House private Pool& Spa 10 sleeps, 8min to Strip


  • Beautiful 4bedroom house with brand new (2/2023) PRIVATE Pool and Spa, patio , BBQ area, kids area, 2 car garage, washer dryer , full kitchen, table for 8 in kitchen, 2 65’ smart TVs , one king bed , 3 queen . Perfect location 8min to Las Vegas Blvd , 8 min to new Raiders stadium , safe and calm neighborhood . You can use spa and pool 24/7 but Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, respect neighbors!!
    This is not party house, please no locals. (No baby showers, bday’s..)
    House is prepared for 10ppl and that is maximum .
    Close to shopping , restaurants and groceries stores
    If you want have pool heated please let me know at least day in advance , fee for heating a pool is 150$ winter time, 100$ summer time per day.

    THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE
    Property have 2 security cameras(one is for driveway front of the house and one is on a side of the house for pool equipment)
